Roof treatment and connected works in Md and OTM Accn under AGE B/R-II of GE (East) Ferozepur Cantt

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer laid on roof jointed & pointed in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/taking out mud from the roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leaping etc including removing rubbish upto 500 mtr from the site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 80 mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska on flat roofs including 25 mm thick mud plaster and 3 mm thick leeping plaster etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 4 here-in-before but using old brick tiles retrieved from dismantling (item No 1 above here-in-before) including cleaning and removal of mortar from tiles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per mfg instr over the padding concrete while still the concrete is still green, complete all as specified & directed (For roof treatment)

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface including parapet wall comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications form bottom to top:- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by torced application complete all as specified. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be 75mm length wise and 100 mm width wise of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions. (iii) The whole works shall be executed by the authorised company applicator.

M&L for two coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in neat cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, complete all as specified and directed.
