Replacement and fixing of 4.0 mm Thick UV coated polycarbonate sheet, the letters & symbols made out of 3M film, made by computerized cutting and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet, pasted from inside/outside with required colouring to make mandatory /informatory guidance signage board etc as per ICAO Annex - 14 Volume 1 complete as required

Supply of suitable converter for mandatory /informatory guidance signage board (to get average sign luminance of 150 cd/m2 (for yellow) and 30 cd/m2 (for red)) and suitable to operate on 2.8A to 6.6A with internal copper wiring complete as required.

Supply of LED Strip having 11 LED's per strip, 0.5 watt LED, with LED's assembled on Aluminium PCB of size 700 mm X 20 mm, LED life > 50000 hrs, high efficiency with THD < 10%, the thickness of Aluminium PCB (LED Strip) should be 2 mm thick.

Providing and fixing Non-illuminated emergency signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign Type -2.6c-2 (Assembly point) Refer design drawing 2.6c-S, 2.6c-G Sign face Providing and fixing Photoluminiscent signs made of screen printing using artworks provided and with photoluminiscent material as per technical specifications.Screen printing shall be done on self adhesive vinyl and pasted on 2mm thick powdercoated white (RAL 9016) aluminium plate and fixed at location using screws. as per specification and using provided artwork including all operations from procuring the correct materials and made to sizes as specified and approved by the Engineer-in-charge. including all installation activities like marking, alignment and fixing with screws into the wall/cladding/face to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign Frame Internal MS structure receiving the signs faces using equal angles, hot-dipped galvanised and welded to the sign post. Sign Post 100 mm OD MS post PU painted to match RAL 9011/suitable color grouted in ground with concrete footing as per detail.The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the EPC contactor. Foundation Providing and laying foundation for the sign including its compaction and all activities like Excavation, PCC base layer, providing and fixing in position electrical connection wherever applicable and finished as per drawing. The item cost includes cutting and opening the floor finish at location, and making good the location to the match the original finish after fixing and installation of sign. Accessories Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws , rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing.

Sign Type -2.6c-1 (Direction to assembly point) Refer design drawing 2.6c-S Sign face Signs graphics in exterior grade plotter cut opaque vinyls, made of screen printing using artworks provided and with photoluminiscent material as per technical specifications.Screen printing shall be done on self adhesive vinyl pasted over panels made out of 3mm thick aluminium,Powder coated in white, mounted over central structure using aluminium rivets. Sign Frame Internal MS structure receiving the signs faces using equal angles, hot-dipped galvanised and welded to the sign post. Sign Post 75 mm OD MS post PU painted to match RAL 9011/suitable color grouted in ground with concrete footing as per detaii.The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the EPC contactor. Providing and fixing all Photoluminiscent signs in the dedicated fire escape passages of the airports as per locations given in sign schedules, made of screen printing using artworks provided and with photoluminiscent material as per technical specifications.Screen printing shall be done on self adhesive vinyl and pasted on 2mm thick powdercoated black (RAL 9011) aluminium plate and fixed at location using screws. as per specification and using provided artwork including all operations from procuring the correct materials and made to sizes as specified and approved by the Engineer-in-charge. including all installation activities like marking, alignment and fixing the signage through Suspender from ceiling. (height/ level of false ceiling from wall is around 8 ft. and height/level of signage from false ceiling is around 2 ft.) Suspenders and projecting pipes shall be stainless steel to match other similar hardware 25/35mm dia. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the EPC contractor and shall be designed with due consultation and approval from structural designer. to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign Type -2.6b (Emergency Signs - Photoluminiscent) Refer design drawing 2.6b-G Sign Box The sign box of width approx 50 mm shall be made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA MS sheet fabricated and provided with same material support channel and ties welded to sign channel. All fabrication shall be done using CNC machines. Complete sign box including channel supports are to be powder coated to match RAL9011. Sign box flange receiving the sign face shall be provided with slots to receive the rivets to fix the sign frame. Accessories Providing and fixing all accessories such as suspender rods, thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws, rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing. Size : 900 x 225mm
