Condition:- 1. Payment shall be made as per actual site measurement. 2. Work will be done as per CPWD Specification vol I & II - 2019. 3. The contractor shall submit structural design details and drawings, duly certified by a registered structural engineer, before commencement of work. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all design and drawing charges. 4. All workers shall follow the safety code. It shall be the responsibility of the agency to ensure compliance. 5. The agency shall be responsible for providing all necessary safety instruments to the workers. In the event that any worker is found without the prescribed safety equipment, a penalty shall be levied on the agency in accordance with the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
