Rendering services for manning and operation of External Electric supply installations and maintenance of electric supply installations (33 KV MRS NOFRA) round the clock ie three shifts (0600 to 1400 hrs, 1400 to 2200 hrs, 2200 to 0600 hrs) including Sunday and Holidays by One skilled operator including maintenance of connected items such as 33 KV outdoor SF6 Circuit Breaker-02 Nos, Outdoor 33 KV VCB - 05 Nos , Indooor 11 KV VCB -18 NOs with 11 KV Bus coupler -01 No, Battery bank - 02 Nos 33 KV GODs, 11 KV GODs, Two pole and four pole interlinked structures connected DO fuses bus bars. Transformer 33 KV/11 KV 3.15 MVA capacity - 4 Nos. Station transformer 33 KV/415 V 50 KVA - 01 No including all connected panels, meters etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- (a) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included all the following activities of day to day maintenance and attending /rectifying the break down at the installations and also the operator has to maintain the register of GSEB shutdown, Internal break down register, duty roster, maintenance register, Log sheets including power factor. Since this installation is ring main system between GSEB and 33 KV MRS Hansa, operator should have thorough knowledge of the ring main system. The Operator should have through knowledge and experience in working at 33 KV power house and strictly adhere SOP of working HT Installation. Safey equipment such as Hand Gloves, Helmets, Discharge rod etc are kept in MRS Nofra for day to day use. Tools like screw driver, Cutting plier, Electrician's Knife, Line tester, Hacksaw frame with blade etc shall be provided by the Contractor. (b) Routine maintenance for SF6/VCBs including greasing/ petroleum gelly for GODs contact all as directed. (c) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for topping up of battery electrolyte, cleaning/replacement of battery terminals, charging of batteries and replacement of lugs if required etc all as directed. (d) Contractor shall employ one operator per shift of 8 Hrs. (e) The Operator shall maintain all earth pits properly by adding salt water regularly to obtain good earth results and the cost of common salt is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) The Operator shall keep the substation premises neat and clean daily.

Transformer 11KV/433 KV- 02 Nos of different capacity including all connected panels, meters etc complete all as specified and as directed

Transformer 11KV/433 KV- 01 Nos of different capacity including all connected panels, meters etc all as specified and as directed

Notes for Item Nos 2 to 4:- (a) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included all the following activities of day to day maintenance and attending /rectifying the break down at the installations and also the operator has to maintain the register of Internal break down register, duty roster,maintenance register, Log sheets including power factor. Since this installation is receiving 11 KV supply from 33 KV MRS NOFRA distributing to different areas of residential accn, DAD, KV No-II and MAP area and also should have thorough knowledge of HT/LT feeders/line and have to be in constant touch with 33 KV MRS NOFRA for the status of 11 KV electric supply from where it is fed. Safey equipment such as Hand Gloves, Helmets, Discharge rod etc are kept in 11 KV Main indoor Sub Station, Varunapuri for day to day use. Tools like screw driver, Cutting plier, Electrician's Knife, Line tester, Hacksaw frame with blade etc shall be provided by the Contractor. (b) Routine maintenance for SF6/VCBs including greasing/ petroleum gelly for GODs contact all as directed. (c) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for topping up of battery electrolyte, Cleaning/replacement of battery terminals, charging of batteries and replacement of lugs if required etc all as directed. (d) Contractor shall employ one operator per shift of 8 Hrs.

(e) The Operator shall maintain all earth pits properly by adding salt water regularly to obtain good earth results and cost of common salt is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) The Operator shall keep the substation premises neat and clean daily. (g)The contractor will be whole responsible if operator founf absent during shift,payment will not be made /paid for the shift if the plant /Installtion is running. In case of failure due to absence of operative staff, the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation at twice the cost of a day’s manning and operation derived from pro rata of Sch ‘A’/BOQ quoted rates or Rs 1000/-per shift per Operator whichever is higher (h) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes ,cess, levies etc as applicable including GST (j) The prevailing rate,wage,contribution etc shall be as applicable as on the bid submission end date.

(k) In view of COVID-19 alerts various restrictive instructions issued concerned authorities from time to time. Hence additional precautions essential for the work shall be taken by the contractor by way of provisioning of masks, hand sanitizers, gloves etc to workmen and all local instructions issued by the Concerned Authorities and Station Authorities shall be complied with all relevant safety precautions covered under Model Rules for the protection of health and sanitary arrangement for workmen (Annexure ‘C’) of IAFW-2249) shall be strictly followed. Nothing extra is admissible on this account (l) The contractor shall also deploy additional man power as relief against weekly off,leave,holidays etc all as per existing Labour Act and shall substitute the operator accordingly for which no extra payment admissible. The unit rate quoted against items in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ shall be inclusive of this provision also. (m) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator through e-payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts and Credit to their bank account. The wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more.

(n) It is responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all Electrician/operator/helper (as applicable) and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, he shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (o) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to GE and as well as officers detailed by labour department.
