REAPIRS TO SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAK PITS, PLINTHS, BRICK WORK, COPING, PLATFORM, RAMP, HARD STANDING, FOOTPATH, INTERLOCKING TILES, BOUNDARY WALL, RETAINING WALL AND CERTAIN CONNECTED WORKS AT 273 SU AF STN UNDER GE (AF) BAGDOGRA

Cleaning of septic tank/soak well/manhole (Including de sludging and de watering)of solid and liquid sludge by pumping or mechanically means from inside the tank including removal of sluge to a distance not exc 250 mtr and depositing into excavated pit of appropriate size as dircted and filled up with earth in each layer of 30 cm thick and spreading the bleaching powder around septic tank and pit stable having concentration of minimum chlorine content 65% Grade -1 quality all complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage line of 150 mm bore of pipe by rodding with using steel rod or split bamboo stick thoroughly from inspection chamber to manhole or from both sides between manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank of any depth till clear flow of sewage line is observed complete all as specified and directed.

All as item ser no 02 above, but of 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note: For ser item No 2&3 (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos etc complete. (ii) The lines or manhole measured once can not measured again within 3 months. If blocks in the same lines or manhole re-occur within 3 months the contractor will clean again & nothing will be paid extra for this (iii) Minimum 2 persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for maintenance of sewage lines. The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iv) The complaint has to be rectified within defined time as given in complaint slip failing which penalty will be imposed @ 500/- per complaint per day.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork/stone masnory built in cm including all quoins ,arches ,pillars,etc,but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Bricks, sub class B straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size brick straight or curved on plan to exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6(except bricks) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Precast RCC cover slab of any description and in any position including separating serviceable reinforcement bars and setting aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m width and n.exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
