Isolating of Power factor panels, of any capacity, from the main supply and checking of the panels installed at various locations and testing their operation and mechanical system including detection and replacement of the unserviceable parts/ accessories required at site to make the Power Factor Panel completely functional including cleaning/ servicing of complete unit and re-connection of the panel complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair 50 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (light grade) with all fittings, laid in trenches or fixed complete to wall / ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles / pipes / strip alignment etc using necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair air termination, single pointed aluminium rod, 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, fixed on GI pipes with earthing strips for earth coductivity to ground complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: GI pipe & earthing strip shall be measured and paid seperately)

S&F in repair test point terminal block, made of gun metal or phosporous beonze of size 75 mm X 75 mm X 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia and 25 mm long hex screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair earth contuinity conductor with aluminium strips of size 25 mm X 3 mm, fixed to wall/on batten/recess/chases/ buried in ground/drawn in conduit or pipes/fixed to poles/ from top of the OH tank to test point or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Porcelain insulators for fixing of strip shall be measured and paid seperately)

S&F in repair copper strip 20 mm X 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc, for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Porcelain insulators for fixing of strip shall be measured and paid seperately)

S&F porcelain insulators of size 50 mm with fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 X 6 mm (upto 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia.
