Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 'Silent Type' Brand New Diesel Generator set comprising of prime mover (Diesel Engine) and Alternator of rating of 200 KVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 P.F. at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 Phase system along with standard accessories such as AMF panel, Exhaust line, Fuel lines, Battery sets, Fuel tank, Accoustic enclosure. (As per Annexure 1 Enclosed).

Supply of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium cable 1100v grade with ISI mark of 4 core 300 sq.mm. Contractor will have to produce test certificate of the cable. Make In India Product.

Laying of one no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade size 300 sq.mm. direct in ground including excavation,sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench as required. (As per CPWD specifications).

Laying and fixing of one no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium condu. cable of 1.1 kv grade of 300 sq.mm on surface /recessed/ trench /wall /in provided pipes as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 x 300 sq.mm Size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) size on wall surface / RCC pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 X 185 sq. mm (50mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with Copper plate 600 x 600 x 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal or coke and salt complete as required. (As per IS:3043, IE Rules 1956 and as per CPWD specifications).

Supplying and laying 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from eath electrode including connection with G.I. nut bolt, washer, spring & excavation & refilling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
