REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY ALONG WITH CONNECTED WORKS OF PUMPING, DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT ZONE III AND IV AREA UNDER GE DINJAN

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced, in ground floor or pavings below or above ground level from foundation of pump sets including removal of debris from site to outside of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, sub base or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out electric motor 10 HP to 15 HP capacities from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc and transporting the motor to workshop for repair and back, reinstalling after repair including testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost. This shall be in addition to penalty as mentioned in clause 7.1 of Particular Specification. The decision of the Accepting officer in this regard shall be final concluding and binding on the contractor.

Labour for opening the electric induction motor 10 HP to 15 HP capacity including taking down/out the burnt winding wire , cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge ,weight etc. including all other insulating material to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Copper winding wire of approprioate guage will be measured in supply only complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Fixing in replacement of Motor Terminal Box upto 15 HP motor capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Fixing in replacement of Motor Terminal Connection Plate upto 15 HP motor capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Fixing in replacement of CI Sleeve on Bearing Housing upto 15 HP motorcapacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Motor Cooling Fan as per site requirement for any size of motor made of PVC/ Aluminium complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for Disconnecting and De-coupling the Centrifugal pump 10 HP to15 HP capacity from foundation after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc including transporting the pump to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost. Opening the centrifugal pump 10 HP to15 HP capacity, repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable spare parts including machining work and re-assembling the same in original position complete all as specified and as directed.
