Preparing the Existing surface to laying the road to Proper Gradient and remove the loose soil without damage the Water Supply and other Pipelines. The Rate inclusive of all charges such as Earth work and remove the same away from the site etc, complete as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2kgs /10sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc.,complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications.

Advance Patch work 13.20mm Providing Advancve Patch work using 50mm consolidated Thickness by using 1m3 of 13.20mm IRC Metal with 44kg of Bittumenper 1m3 of Meta l For Pre Mixing For existing surface advance Patch work including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric guage for the premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler ,heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for pre mix carpet only rolling by 60-70KN power roller for pre mix carpet and seal coat seperately including labour charges for spreading the mix for pre mix carpet application of bitumen for seal coat over pre mix carpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat seperately over pre mix carpet etc.including higher charges and fuel charges for, bitumen boiler and all other tools and plant employed etc. complete as per of MoRTH Rev - V Specifications

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm/40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 - 2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in cenral hot mix plant 20 - 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8 - 10 tonne vibratory / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 - 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other incidental chagres etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5. Road Marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflect rising glass beads on Bituminous surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 205mm thick including reflect rising glass beads @ 250gms.per sqm. Area. thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete. as per MORTH Specification.

Supply of FRC Manhole 600mm size dia cover with frame including cost of conveyance loading fixing the same etc complete.

Raising the existing circular manhole in heavy type including the removing the existing the manhole cover with frame and dismantling the existing the cement concrete wall and tar road surface around the manholes using 1:2:4 20mm jelly for raising the existing the manhole wall an dusing C C1:2:4 with 20mm chips for finishing the top surface of manhole etc., complete.
