GROUP 1: RATE CONTRACT FOR FABRICATION OF 20KL HORIZONTAL TANKS FOR TINSUKIA DIVISIONAL OFFICE

Fabrication of 20 KL Horizontal Tanks with 6 MM MS Plates for shell and 8 MM MS plates for end plates together with supply/welding of structurals including hydrostatic testing including painting with 2 coats of red oxide primer etc. (only 6MM and 8MM MS Plates for shell and for end plates respectively will be supplied by IOCL free of cost) and including providing two nos. manholes of 600MM internal dia with 10 MM thk. manhole covers to 20 KL horizontal tanks as per Corporation's standard drawings: ENG/312-1/2, ENG/312-2/2, ENG/303-1/3, ENG-303-2/3 and ENG/303-3/3. The job includes transportation of Corporation supplied MS plates, loading/unloading of Steel plates, supply of necessary MS plates other than 6MM and 8 MM plates for shell and end plates respectively, angles, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, bushings with fabrication, welding, machining etc. with rearrangement of fittings complete in all respect including fabricator's name plate on the shell of tank manhole. (NB: 4 nos. 50 MM dia suction pipes, 1 no. 50 MM dia dip pipe, 1 no. 80 MM dia fill pipe, 12×12MM brass dip rod, 1 No. 80 MM dia Automatic Tank Gauge, 1 No. 80 MM pipe for future provision for Automation, 1 No. 100 MM dia nozzle with flange for submersible turbine pump (STP)to be provided in one manhole
