Renovation of Road of Sarehari DY in left bank from km 14.865 to 15.265 (Lot 01)

Cleaning Jungle including uprouting of trank vegetation grass, buss, wood, tries & saplings of girth up to 30 cm, measured at a height of 1 meters above ground level & removel of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the pariphery of area cleared.

Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the characterstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Earthwork in excavation including lead upto 30m & lift upto 1.5m excluding mechanical compaction but including manual compaction and dressing to profile in road upto 1.5m height As per IDSOR-2021-22 Chap-V item-5(a)

Eding with straight over brunt bricks, laid dry length wise, including excavation, refilling, consolidation with a hand packing and spreading nearly, surplus earth within a lead of 50m

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per SQM on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom

Providing, Laying, and rolling of open graded permix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a perviously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying with paver and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per MoRTH Technical Specification Clause 510 inluding All Cost and Labour, Material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Providing and laying seal coat "C" Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
