Excavation in soil mixed with moorum/ shingle/ kankar requiring the use of special T&P such as pickaxes, subbals etc.including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches. S.I no - 252.Ch.4

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand approved quarry from the site of work & including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants etc. (As per S.I. no.-255)

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 cement coarse sand 40 mm stone ballast etc. complete.Sl no, 281

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding wire and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B W.G.G.I. binding wire an including neccecary centering & shuttering etc & also including supply of all materials labour & T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item 287 -1st.Ch-5.

Mild steel of iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete / brick work (when not including in over all rates) wrought to reqd. shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including s/o steel, its wastage and hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured (S.I.No.504).

Cement concrete in 1:2:4 ratio cement, sand and 20mm gauge stone grit with supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.

M-150 class brick work with 1:4 cement sand mortar with material labour T&P.

12mm thick cement plaster with 1:4 ratio cement and sand mortar with finishing coat neat cement sturry with supply of all material labour T&P.

Providing & fixing of 5 mm thick chaina white glazed tiles in flooring or skirting or dedo laid with 1:3 cement mortar finished with white cement slurry jionting & polishing comptete i/c supplyof all materials, labour T& p required for proper completion of work. SI no. (ch 14 sl no.628).(Size of tiles up to 200x300mm).

One priming coat and Two coat oil distemper on new work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work SI.No.649+650, Ch-15.

Mild steel or iron work in havy sizes such as trusses; builts up gates, door frames, record racks roof work, glltes etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes; rivetting or welding where necessary, and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc.& their fixing required for proper completion of the work. SI. No. 503 Ch.-10.

Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level.23.1.1 All types of soil 300 mm dia DSR-23.1.1.1

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (200mm nominal size dia) DSR-23.3.3

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 150 mm nominal size dia DSR 23.4.2

Suppy and Fixing of ISI mark water supply pipe, tap and other necessary for fitting of water supply including all material, labour T&P etc complete.

Teen shed for sefety water storage tank as approved by as per direction of E/I.
