Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting p g to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.

Haulage of materials (earth work) by tipper excluding cost of loading, unloading and stacking. Unsurfaced Gravel Road. (upto 2.00km).

Supply of Geo-textile bags of type-A (1.03X0.70M) made of Geo-textile non-woven fabric sheets of 400 GSM manufactured from 100% virgin Polypropylene (PP) fibre having thickness not less than 3.00 mm with minimum properties as (i) Tensile strength (CD) ≥ 24 KN/m (ii) Tensile strength (MD) ≥ 22 KN/m (ii) Mass ≥ 400.00 Gm/m ² (iii) CBR Puncture strength ≥ 4100 N/m2 (iv) Elongation @ break (Warp) ≥ 54% (v) Elongation @ break (Weft) ≥ 52% (vi) Abrasion ≥ 70 % (vii) UV Resistance @ 500 hours ≥ 70% (viii) AOS ≤ 75 micron (ix) Permittivity ≥ 1.25, (x) Trapezoidal Tear Strength ≤ 520 N (xi) Permeability = 45Lt/m2/sec (xii) Seam strength = 80 % of geotextiles strength. Stitching of Bags should be Ring Spun Yarn stitches with 2500-3000 denier double line chain stitch with overlap with stitches along the edge @ minimum 15 stitches per 100 mm.

Supply of Geo-textile bags of Type-B (Size 2.00m x 1.50m), inner dimension made of composite layers of geo-textile as per specifications below : Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover. The woven geo textile is woven with UV resistant slit film tape fibre with MAVR values of the following properties. Geo-textile used to manufacture geo-textile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. It should resist UV degradation, rotting and alkalis.

(Each Roll of Geo Fabric Sheet should be supplied in properly packed Bundles and should be marked with the Name of Manufacturer & Batch Number clearly on each bundle with “WRD Govt of ASSAM” to be printed on it and mentioning properly the GSM and type of polymer and Test Certificate from approved NABL accredited and ISO Certified Laboratory should invariably be submitted against each batch of material)

Construction and supply of W.N Box of size 1.50m x 1.50m x 0.45m made of mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shape wire mesh with made of low carbon high ductile MS wire with heavy class of galvanization with an additional layer of PVC coating with mesh type of 10 x 12 as per EN 10223 & ASTM A975, mesh wire of 2.70mm (ID)/3.70mm(OD) tensile strength of 450-500/mm2 edge wire/ selvedge around it at least 2.50 times, lacing wire (Zinc PVC coated ) of 2.20mm (ID)/3.20mm (OD) PVC coating thickness of 0.50mm nominal, 0.38mm minimum and with average weight per unit being 10kg with additional 3% of weight of box for lacing wie upplied separately supporting the facing of the box with Zinc coated steel wire of required length as directed comping with A.S.T.M and Europian norms inclluding payment all duties, sale tax any other taxes as applicable loading, Unloading and stacking them at the site of work in measurable stacks, complete as directed.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete, in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification including steel shuttering formwork. Without plasticiser. Nominal mix (1:2:4). (P.C.C. Grade M 20). (size 0.50m x 0.50m x 0.15m)

Filling and laying of nonwoven Geo-textile bag of dimension 2.00mx1.50m including excavation of silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with silt, having minimum volume 0.612 cum after filling,double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, laying at proper site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 100m complete as directed. (Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost). With out boat

Labour charge for laying Geo fabric sheet as filter bellow pitching including anchoring and complete as directed.

Turfing with Sods. Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer including preparation of ground, fetching of sods and watering as per Technical Specification Clause 309.

Filling and laying in cage with silt filled Geo bags of size 1.03m x 0.70m including excavation of silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with silt having minimum weighing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084 cum after filling ,double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying properly. in cages made of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 x 1.66m of 8G galvanized wire making the cage from 2 nos. of wire netting sheet by tying the projected wires complete as directed. (Geo Bag, Wire Netting Sheets and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost). A) Without Boatof Divisional/ Sub-Divisional Store within a distance up to 20 Km including loading, unloading & stacking at Divisional/ Sub-Divisional Store, complete as directed.
