Part-A:Strengthning

Clearing & Grubbing of wild Vegetation, Grass, Bushes etc., upto 300 mm with removal of stumps of trees which cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials & stacking of serviceable materials to be auctioned upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm as per technical specification.,

Picking the existing bituminous road surface to the depth of 100 mm & disposed with a lift upto 3 m lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B including cost of all labour charges, materials, tools, equipments and all incidental charges, including compacting with power roller, watering, including all hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants, removal of other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming of bottom of excavation back filling, clearing up the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per standard specification. For embankment / sub grade

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Wet Mix Macadam 120 mm thick, including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant, conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack coat surface with Bitumen (RS1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on granular surface treated with primer cleaned with hydraulic broom as per clause 503 of MORTH 5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 25mm thick based on job mix formula mixed in hot mix plant of drum type in one layer using paving CRMB55 penetration grade 3& aggregates confirming to grade 2 of MORTH specification.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectoising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area , Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 . The finished surface to be level , uniform and free streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT & H specification No.803 - Road Marking - Edge line

Providing Hard bed

Cement Concrete 1:1.2:2.4 (M30) mix using 20mm -10mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc, complete for 1cum

Provision for Toe wall At KM0/0 to 1/0

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10M and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff block cotton, hard red earth shale's, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil SS 20B for foundation

Cement concrete for foundation 1:4:8 using 40mm HBGS jelly including all incidental charges such as bailing out water finishing curing complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for PCC column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc
