SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF BER HT PANELS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT 8FBSU

Design,supply,supervision of erection,testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 A 25 KA for 3 Sec air insulated,draw out type VCB panel with both side extesion of bus bar for future. The panel shall be type tested as per IEC 62271-1, IEC 62271-100 and IEC 62271-200 standards. The panel shall be suitable for operations at a height up to 1600 meters above mean sea level and at 40deg C ambient temperature without any de-rating. The switchgear shall be formed in 3 HT compartment design (CB chamber, BB chamber and Cable chamber) and structure shall be made from CRCA with frame sizes as per type tested designs. The switchgear shall be tested for indoor applications with IP4X degree of protection. Circuit breaker door shall be fully interlocked to have all operations with door closed. The panel shall be type tested for internal arc classification IAC A FLR 25kA for 1sec. type test report of same for all HT compartments shall be submitted. Also, HT panel shall have a continuity service class of LSB 2B in line with IEC. All panels shall be coupled seamlessly at site with main horizontal bus bar.There shall be 1 incomer with 3 Nos outgoing panels complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable HT XLPE under ground cable any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinktype joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI strip 25x4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil all as specified.

M&L for route indicator including excavation and other civil work made out of PCC solid block type type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregrate set in cement mortar 1:4of size 30x45 cm above above ground level and 25 cm below ground level for HT cable mentioning the size of cablewith paint on PCC block as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed

Supply and install HT bus bar chamber 11 KV,factory made totally enclosed with proper locking system, dust and vermin proof having size 90x90x60 CM made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet with 200 Amp rated bus bar and with 11 KV pedestal type HT insulators 6 Nos with phase indicators lamps with angle iron frame of size 75x75x6 mm duly painted with two coats of enameled paint and necessary PCC work for foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note:- (i) Doors of the panel shall be opened only by indipendent dedicated keys and same can not be used in other HT panels. (ii) Danger notice on both side of the panel should be provided.
