M&L preparation of old distempered wall surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and effloescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying a coat of distemper oil emulsion any tinted over a coat 2 mm thick of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The work will be cattied out at Chouhtan base and hill top bldg.

M&L for preparation on old plaster surface of ceiling & applying one coat of white wash up to 12 mtr height of bldg. Complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The work will be cattied out at Chouhtan base and hill top bldg.

M&L for preparation on old plaster surface of walls & applying one coat of cement base paint up to 12 mtr height of bldg.Complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The work will be cattied out at Chouhtan base and hill top bldg.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The work will be cattied out at Chouhtan base and hill top bldg.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The work will be cattied out at Chouhtan base and hill top bldg.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment any type & any description and applying one coat of Weather Coat Paint (APEX) @ 0.83 Ltr/10 Sqm over one coat primer @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm of any colour up to 12 mtr height of bldg incl necessaty scaffolding Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The work will be cattied out at Chouhtan base and hill top bldg.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping cleaning & washingg down with water to remove dust etc incl removal of old roof treatment of any description up to 12 mtr height of bldg . Complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:1.5:3 Nominal mix concrete type A1 ( Using 20mm graded aggregate) as in lavel course on roof, roof flooring, mass concrete and similar work, finish even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over roof top surface finished even and smooth using extra cement and application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over existing accessible RCC roof slab / chajja / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying bitumen primer/tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20kg/Sqm by the same agency as that of APP membrane. (c) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane minium weight 3kg/Sqm and miniume 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (Wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application using butane torch by torch application with 100mm side laps and 150mm end lap. (d) One coat of silver paint over one coat of primer to be applied over roof treatment and rate shall in included in to quoted rate. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)
