| 1.01 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Single Stage Odour Control System with activated carbon adsorption technology with airflow suction capacity of min 1600 CMH and H2S removal efficiency above 99% and removal of other odourous compounds. The work includes making civil PCC 1:3:6 foundation of size 4.2m x 2.6m x 0.7m approximately with the static load of 2300 Kg approx, core cutting , supply and laying of UPVC pipes of size 10 inch for header and 6 inch for branches with proper supports for air extraction from the tank to odour control unit (OCU). Openings of STP sump must be covered with airtight openable non corrosive 8mm thick Grid type supported FRP sheet with FRP frame. etc., complete as required and the system consists of the following components: | - | - | - | - |
| 1.02 | a) Pre filter: Pre-filter shall be manufactured in non-corrosive polypropylene structured/ random mesh which are washable and long lasting with FRVE casing. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.03 | b) Centrifugal Fan: Corrosion resistant 2 nos. heavy duty fan (1 working + 1 duty standby) made of Polypropylene with adequate static pressure for suction of odourous gases with a capacity of 1600 m3/hr.The motor shall be energy efficient of IE4 rating, the fans should be in duty-standby configuration with each set of isolation valves , non-return valves and volume control valves all made of FRVE along with the interconnecting pipes. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.04 | c) Filtration Media: Catalytic Activated Carbon for H2S Odour removal application, made from coconut based activated carbon, size 4mm maximum extruded pellets. The Filtration media should be water re-generable at site and must be specially designed for gas phase adsorption. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.05 | d) OCU vessel : The vessel is made with corrosion resistant FRP with vinyl-ester resin at the contact side with gas. The vessel comprises of prefilter with Polypropylene demister pads, inlet and outlet ports, sampling valves, regeneration ports with nozzles, manhole and top cover for filling and emptying filtration media, and drain port for draining water. The dimension of vessel should be approximately 1.6 m (dia) x 1.8 m (height). | - | - | - | - |
| 1.06 | e) Control panel : Panel with DOL starter for start stop functionality and IP55 rating, made of Powder coated sheet steel. Necessary civil foundation for the panel should be provided as per site requirement. | - | - | - | - |
