Filling the gap between aluminium frame, section, granite, glass/ACP joint by providing weather silicon sealent over bracker rod of approve quality as per direction of Engineer in Charge complete.

Structural repairs works with pre-packed dual shrinkage controlled (volume stable in wet & hardened state), single-component ready-to-use, structural grade high build, alkali-resistant, fibre-reinforced, thixotropic polymer modified repair mortar having excellent bond strength to old damaged concrete structures / surfaces by the following process: 1) Removal of loose/spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface to open up to 20mm behind the reinforcement steel with wire brush and with clean water including removal of dirt, paint, wax, oil, grease, laitance, foreign substances, etc.Mechanically profile and prepare concrete surfaces by abrasive blasting, waterjetting or other engineer approved methods 2) Cleaning the rebars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. Ensure that the concrete substrate and ambient temperatures are between (10°C and 35°C) before application 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) polymer and cement in the proportion of 1: 1 (1 part of polymer : 1 parts of cement). 4) Mixing full 25 Kg bag with clean potable water in water to product ratio of 0.12 to 0.18), mixed by heavy-duty slow speed (300 to 600 rpm) drill with spiral mixing paddle or forced action pan mixer pan for 3 minutes to achieve uniform lump free mortar consistency. 5) Applying polymer modified mortar with trowel & float. The polymer modified mortar shall have the following properties/technical parameters as mentioned in item 30.1:

(3) mentioned above in the BOQ item, to be applied and further thickness of repair to be continued for each layer. (c) The surface preparation & method of application shall be as per manufacturer's technical data sheet. (d) The double tubular steel scaffolding will be paid separately in relevant item. (e) Sampling and testing of cube specimen for compressive strength test shall be as per BS 6319 - Part-2.Other tests mentioned above shall be carried out if required as per the direction of the EIC and the cost of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (f) For each batch of mortar mixed, following records, i.e Quantity of mortar (kg) mixed, Amount of water added to the mix, Location of application and the area covered.(g) Payment will be paid on the basis of actual consumption of PMM & Reinforcement will be paid in the relevant item. (h) Safety Precuations:- Use wear tight-fitting, dust-resistant, chemical splash goggles and dust respirator, if airborne dust is generated, wear protective rubber hand gloves, wear appropriate clothing to prevent any possibility of skin contact. The above item of work is inclusive of all materials, labour, machinery, tools & tackels, consumables, trasportation, loading & unloading, safety PPEs etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site using approved pre-packed polymer modified mortar suitable for structural repair works. Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. Providing and injecting high performance epoxy mortar at all locations in RCC. It includes drilling hole, cleaning of hole to make it free from dust, injecting epoxy mortar through injection gun, anchoring steel reinforcement/shear links/anchor bolt/shear connector etc. complete as per manufacture specificaton and as directed by EIC. Note- The steel reiforcement will be paid in relevant item of this schedule. Scaffolding will be paid separately under relevant item. Providing, applying and finishing walls with two coats of premium fine textureed exterior paint of required shade over new work including base coat of water proof cement paint, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge on plain plastered/cencrete surfaces.

Providing, applying one coat of acrylic based textured plaster of approved make with the finish as directed with average thickness of 2.50mm and finished with 2 coats of high performance coating of approved shade including preparation preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding, complete, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installing shadow boxes comprising of 50 mm thick Rockwool slab insulation (48 Kg/Cu.M) fixed in 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet tray and faced with approved black fiberglass film on surface # 1 including sealing the perimeter fixed with necessary clamps, brackets etc. in linear as well as curvilinear in shape all complete as per approved shop drawings and specifications.Note: shadow boxes shall be measured clear between mullions and transoms as fixed on site (actual size).

Providing and painting anti-corrosive self primimg coating on mettalic surfaces / structures. The paint shall be resistant to UV/⁠Chemical attack/⁠Abrasion/⁠Oxidation/⁠High temperature. The recommended DFT shall be 80 to 100 microns achieved in 2 to 3 coats as per manufacturers specifications including preparation of the surfaces by scrapping / wire brush , scaffolding complete.The application of the painting shall be through spray/roller & completely as per manufacturers specifications & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs but excluding aluminium frame work with grids and filling the gap between wall and cladding with weather silicon sealant(with baker rod wherever necessary) as per the drawings . The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification (Aluminium frame work will be paid under relevant item)Note : ACMP shall be measured to the actual visible area of the ACP sheet including silicon joints as fixed on site
