Supply, installation and Commisssioning of 11 KV rated Voltage,630 Amp non extensible outdoor (IP-64) ,fixed type SF-6 insulated RMU (Ring Main Unit) 3 Way Comprising of 2 Nos 630 Amps Load break switch as outgoing and 01 No vaccuum circuit breaker as incoming inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrous,Non Magnetic grade) having IP-67 grade protection and impulse withstand voltage 75 KV ,rated power ,frequency withstand 28 KV/minute rated frequency 50 Hz ,Rated Short Time Breaking Current 21 KA/3 Sec.RMU should be provided with internal bus bars as well as earthing bus bar,one number fault passage indicator per unit pad lock provision & complete with acccessories .The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21 KA/1 Sec as per IEC 62271-220..The earthing of cable sheilds.The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP 54 Protection .The Unit shall include the follwoing with all necessary standard fittings as required at site. Make : Siemens/ABB/Schneider/Crompton all as specified and testing complete of the following Specification:-

(a) 02 Nos outgoing 630 Amps load break switch ,triple pole single break 3 position (On,Off and Earthing having STC Capacity 21 KA for 03 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted high fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1 fully rated with earth switch ,spring assisted mechanism with built in operating operating handle ,arc proof hinged type cable cover air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom front entry termination of 3 core cable 120/185 Sqmm.

(b) 01 no incoming 630 Amp motorised vacuum circuit breaker ,triple pole single break 3 Position (On,Off and Earthing having STC Capacity 21 KA for 03 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted high fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1 fully rated with earth switch ,spring assisted mechanism with built in operating operating handle ,arc proof hinged type cable cover air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom front entry termination of 3 core cable 120/185 Sqmm.

(c) Bus connection PT unit 01 No for metering consists of following:- (i) Type M Air insulated metering module 12 KV 630 A 21 KA for 3 Sec (ii) 3 voltage transformers of the ratio 11KV/1.732/110 V/1.732.25 VA class 1.0 with HT Fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (iii) 3 Digital MFM with 485 port to measure Amps ,Volts,Frequency,PF ,KWH,KVAR (iv) 1 LED Bulb for illumination (v)1 Space heater with thermostat (vi) 1 set of RYB indicator (vii) 1 Cable support bus bar stand for 3 Way unit ,1 manometer & 1 operating handle. (viii) 1 set bushing for external bus bar connection along with bus bar & sleeved bus bars for coupling. (ix) 2X12 V Battery with battery charger of suitable burden for motor operation Input 230 V AC & output 24 V DC.

(d) Capacitive Voltage indicator fixed type VPIS 9-15 KV (e) Necessary Interlocking arrangement for safety and operation. (f) One No operating handle for manual operation . (g) PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm Graded stone aggreagte for foundation and bus duct of cable for RMU as per Recommendation of Manufacturers & as Directed by Engr-in-Charge. (h)Safety interlocks shall be provided as relevant IEC/IS Standard and manufacturers directions. (j) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS standard. (k) Manual Operation of Vacuum Circuit Breaaker should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU .The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be required to be dimantled during manual operation . (l) Copuling of RMU and metering module should be with the help of bolted type arrangement so that the coupling at site shall be easy .Plug in type bushing shall not be acceptable. (m) Minimum 3 module should accomadate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site. (n) Having following additional facilities :- 1. Trip Circuit Supervision 2. Disturbance Recorder 3. Event Log with Date and Time 4. Measurement and Control Feature (o) Current Transformers (CTs) of ration 40/5 -5 A of 15 VA output accuracy class 1.0 for metering instrument and 5P10 for 15 VA accuracy for over current and earth fault protection sets of 03 . Note:- (i) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooh and safe functioning of the RMU system shall be included in the items and are cvered against the quoted rate. (ii) Cable compartment shall be provided at the front side with front bolted type box covers provided with an inspection window for enabling operator to have visual inspection without opening cover in live condition for all inncoming and outgoing RMU Panels . (iii) Complete with internal and external connection with each other or as per ground recruitment.

Supply, fix cable jointing kit and testing complete for 11 kv grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fix cable jointing kit and testing complete for 11 kv grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F of MCCB 400 Amps 4 Pole breaking capacity 36 kA, 415 V, with Microprocessor release in existing panel boards connecting with proper size link set at incoming and outgoing cable end with cable connections complete all as speicifed and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F of MCCB 250 Amps 4 Pole breaking capacity 36 kA, 415 V, with Microprocessor releasein existing panel boards connecting with proper size link set at incoming and outgoing cable end with cable connections complete all as speicifed and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F of MCCB 160 Amps 4 Pole breaking capacity 36 kA, 415 V, with Microprocessor release in existing panel boards connecting with proper size link set at incoming and outgoing cable end with cable connections and including necessary item complete all as speicifed and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for addition /alteration to existing panel with welding cutting to steel structure and providing new steel items and taking down old item complete all as speicifed and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 to 240 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as speicifed and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts check, nuts and washers including charcoal dust common salt including necessary excavation in soft loose soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50 m, PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 by using 20mm grade stone aggregate, precast RCC cover shall be provided in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 by using 20mm grade stone aggregate, 40mm thick pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c both ways, MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for earth lead protection, including earth work complete, all as per Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Copper strip and protection pipe of 25 mm dia upto 7.5 meter length are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F 630 amp 3 phase , 4 pole motorized ATS (auto transfer switch) LT Panel suitable for 3 phase 415 V of suitable size Outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron frame of size 50x50x6 mm and base channel of suitable ,cubicle type with copper bus bar 1000 Amp -04 Nos with IP-54 as per measuring voltage ,current,PF, and phase indicating lamp,ammeter with suitable size of CTs ,voltmeter ,frequency meter including interlocking including incoming and outgoing cable connection.

Supply,,installation ,testing and commissioning of LT Panel suitable for 3 phase 415 V of suitable size Outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron frame of size 50x50x6 mm and base channel of suitable ,cubicle type complete with Air Circuit Breaker ,copper bus bar 600 Amp -04 Nos with IP-54 as per measuring voltage ,current,PF, and phase indicating lamp,ammeter with suitable size of CTs ,voltmeter ,frequency meter including interlocking comprising of the following:

(i) MCCB 400 Amp, 4 Pole, 50 KA - 01No (Incoming) i) MCCB 63 Amp 50 Hz,415 V with rupturing capacity 25 KA-02 (ii) MCCB 100 Amp 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 25 KA-02 (iii) MCCB 100 Amp 50 Hz,415 V with rupturing capacity 35 KA - 02

Note (i) Vertical height of legs shall not be less than 45 cm from top of nearest road level /PCC Floor Finish .Legs shall be grouted in ground minimum 30 cm I PCC(1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (ii) The Contractor shall produce and get the detailed Drawing(GD) of LT Panel approved by GE through engineer-in-charge before fabrication and placing the order tothe approved manufacturer (iii) MS Frame work shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) Cost of internal wiring ,MS Frame work,painting a,platform ,MCCB Spreaders ,cable glands ,locking arrangement with Aluminium bolt and any minor addition /alteration required at site (the decision of GE shall be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration )shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard soil/dense soil/road/pathway/concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete for type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm bore GI tubing, light grade ISI marked galvanized with all fitting and laid in trenches complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for dismantling and refixing of chequre tile, interlocking tile etc of any type, size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of LT underground cable including watering and consolidation as per SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm X l80mm X 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm X 150mm X 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above ground level from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 80 mm bore GI tubing, light grade ISI marked galvanized with all fitting and laid in trenches complete all as spcified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing mild steel sheet board 1.6mm thick 30cm x 20 cm having letter written with white paint and red paint on MS board (MAN ON WORK/ SHUT DOWN) complete with hanging arrangement on VCB for shut down procedure and complete, all as specified and as directed.

S & F of copper strip of size 20 mm x 3.15 mm with all fixing arrangements such as clamps/MS screws/saddles/ PVC gutka/ Brass Nut bolt/Porcelain insulator & washers etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for earthing with electrode should be 2 No’s Copper Plate of size 90x60x 5mm inter connected with 32 X 6 mm copper strip of length 1.5 mtrs and in center shall be 50 X 6 mm copper strip of 3 meter with suitable brass nut bolts and brazing for lower resistance. Alternate layers of Soil & Curec+ or equilent (03 kgs bag x2 ) ; make as per IEEE 80 2000 ,Clause 14.5 D, Maintenance Free Earthing System to give Earthing Resistance value of ≤ 1Ω. The soil shall be mixed with backfill CURENITE por equilent (25-kgs x 2bags). Copper Electrode’s should be solid rod and surrounded with highly conductive and non corrosive nature (pH value certified) & covered with Poly plastic Earth Pit Cover in and including construction of PCC boundry with specified colour coding around the poly plastic pit cover . Further electrodes of GI pipe atleast 30mm dia shall be interconnected in parallel fashion incase low ohmage is not achievable. poly plasticc enclosure shall be provided.All certificates should be NABL LAB and CPRI certified.

S & F of Copper strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm with all fixing arrangements such as clamps/MS screws/saddles/ PVC gutka/ Brass Nut bolt/Porcelain insulator & washers etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.
