(ii) Chillers should be with Copper tube and Aluminium finned air cooled condenser with corrossion resistive coating for all kinds of environmental corrosion .
(iii) Chiller must be having latest BEE 5-Star rating. The model quoted must be reflecting in the BEE website for 5 Star rating.
(iv) Chiller shall have complete first charge of refrigerant & oil.
(v) Chiller shall have Micro-processor based controls with graphical / alpha-numeric display in English for all operating parameters such as supply voltage, frequency, load current, chilled water inlet, chilled water outlet & operating pressures etc. Victaulic couplings / connection flanges at the Chiller inlet and outlet shall be supplied along with the chiller package. The display of the chiller should have protective enclosure in order to avoid any water ingress during monsoon. Spring isolators to be provided along with chiller package. Quoted Prices shall be inclusive of vibration isolation.
(vi) The electrical control panel shall be factory fabricated, unit mounted type, complete with suitable rated incomer power disconnect switch / breaker (MCCB / ACB) and with all safeties, interlocks & protections such as over load, short circuit and single phasing prevention. Main control panel should also display output frequency and voltage to the motor.
(vii) Chiller shall be complete with Panel mounted VFD for all the Compressors (free standing VFD & Compressor mounted VFD is not acceptable):
(viii) Chiller shall be tested at 4 Points (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%) loads at AHRI Certified Test Bed at factory & the same shall be witnessed by customer/consultant.

Variable Speed Pumping Systems:
SITC of Variable Speed Pumping System complete with One adjustable frequency drive for each secondary pump (including standby pump), one dedicated microprocessor based pump controller (with parallel pumping software for each zone downloaded), minimum 2 sensors/transmitters per zone, power/control cabling/wiring between the controller, VFDs, Sensors/Transmitters etc., mounting arrangements/ frames/ supports etc., all accessories as per specifications and any other item required to make the system complete (Variable Speed Pumping System for Secondary Chilled Water)
VFDs shall be supplied loose in IP-20 (Minimum) Degree of Protection. All VFDs shall be mounted in a separate panel as per the schedule of electrical panels.
Master Controllers shall be supplied loose in IP-20 (Minimum Degree of Protection) and shall be mounted in a separate panel as per the schedule of electrical panels.
VFDs shall not be provided with any bypass starter in the electrical panels - whether specified in general specifications or not.
