(9) Removing and re-fixing joggled fish plates & wooden blocks, wherever necessary; (10) Manual consolidation of ballast in crib / shoulders; (11) Removing and refixing of traction bonds during the block in electrified sections (12) Dressing of ballast Note: 1. Tamping blocks are not identical & it may be given at any time either during day or night. 2. Stages of payment a) 30% of the rate will be paid on completion of pre tamping attention, b) Balance 70% of the rate will be paid on completion of post tamping. 3. Recovery at the rate of twice the above applicable rate will be effected in case contractor fails to carry out pre/during/post operation. 4.Payment shall be made only once in irrespective of numbers of TTRM packing round and after restoration of normal speed and restoration of complete ballast profile.

Removing the GRP from the PSC sleepers Each during the TRT work just a head of picking up of sleepers by TRT and again placing the GRP over the sleepers laid by the TRT duly stocking the GRP suitably by the deputing suitable men (atleast 4) in the nominated location of the TRT machine with all lead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Short leading of released PSC sleepers from Each base depot to the nominated locations to create working space in the base depot with a Max. lead of 2 KM. by contractor's own means, duly segregating Cl-II / Cl-III sleepers and stacking in a countable manner with all lead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (All labour and tools are to be supplied by the tenderor / contractor only at his own cost). Note: This item will be operated only when the base depot is fully filled with released / new PSC sleepers and daily position of sleepers to be maintained.
Removing and refixing of the traction bond Each from the running rails during the TRT work without damaging the traction bond / bolts and nuts using contractor's men and tools and plants and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge (All labour, materials and tools & plants are to be supplied by the tenderor / Contractor only at his own cost.)

Collection and transportation of all released MT rails, P Way fittings such as ERC's, liners, rubber pads etc. available in TRT base depot / work spot by dip lorry with a lead of 2km, unloading and stacking neatly at specified locations in countable manner with all lead and lift etc. complete including crossing of track when ever required and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge with all lead and lift etc. (All labour, materials and tools & plants for truckking of materials are to be supplied by the tenderer / Contractor only at his own cost. except Dip lorry if required will be supplied free by Railway).
Removing the joggled fish plates one day Per Joint earlier to the operation of the TRT machine or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge to facilitate the working of TRT and refixing the same after the completion of the TRT work at the same location without causing any damage to it with all lead and lift etc., complete directed by the Engineer- in - charge. (All labour, materials and tools & plants are to be supplied by the tenderor / Contractor only at his own cost.)
Fixing the Joggled fish plates / bend fish Per Joint plates at new welds / specified locations duly adjusting sleeper if required, fixing "C" clamps, bolting of fish plates, removing and refixing of ERC clips with GJ clips and modified GFN liners under traffic condition with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The Joggled fish plate will be supplied at SSE/P.Way Depot. (All labour and tools and other consumable stores are to be supplied by the tenderor / Contractor only at his own cost).
Providing complete arrangements for gas Each cutting at TRT work spot and depot including Block gas cutter, DA, Oxygen and gas cuttingequipment made available whenever required for cutting of rails and obstructed rail pegs at work spot and at depot for cutting of BFR edges and assistance to TRT machines. Assistance in laying of PSC sleepers using Each TRT machine including shifting of wooden Block battens from the BRH to another BRH, removal of old entangled / broken sleepers at picking unit / conveyor belts / platform of TRT and setting right new PSC entangled sleepers at conveyor belt / NTI as directed by the Engineer-in-charge without loss of time during TRT block working with contractor's labour, tools and plants etc. complete.
