M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1 :4) with WPC of 3% over fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finshed even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish of the premises complete upto 5th floor of bldgs all as specified and as directed. Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish of the premises complete upto 5th floor of bldgs all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on newly plastered surfaces incl preparing the surfaces and applying one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete upto 5th floor of bldgs all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and cornices and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed upto 5th floor of bldgs .

M&L for preparation of old decoracted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of premium one coat of premium acrylic exterior paint complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed upto 5th floor of bldgs.

Removal of vegetation/tree growth etc on external surface of walls or on roof top in two/four storey building by taking all necessary precaution to the workers and also the adjacent govt properties including digging out of filling holes with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing the surface to match adjacent surfaces after application of suitable chemical using " break" manufactured by M/S denocil company or equivalent to avoid re growth of the vegetation and removing the debris to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed(Any damage to the adjacent govt properties like glass windows , pipes lines etc to be made good without any extra cost. Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures complete upto 5th floor of bldgs all as specified and as directed.
