Periodical Maintenance of Bhograihat toTengaramari road for the year 2026-27.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface for finished item of work with hire and running to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres. etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 75mm thick built up spray grouting in two layers 37.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen, metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the E-I-C

Providing granular sub-base using gravel or moorun and sand admixture of approved quality from approved quarry with cost conveyance, taxes including laying spreading in uniform layers watering and compacting with 8-10 T PRR for finished item of work with hire & running etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with 60/70 grade Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the requiredgrade, level and alignment, rollingwithsmoothwheelede, vibratory and tandemrollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&HSpecifications for Road & Bridge works as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil including transporting to site, dressing, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth including sectioning & cambering, compacting by HRR / ramming, labour ,T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with initial lead and lift and to required depth including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and filling sand Manually in foundation thenches, atthe back of abutments, top of pipes with sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including all labours, watering etc. required for the work including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all other materials required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing P.C.C. (1:3:6) with 4cm size h.g. metal of approved quality in foundation including hoisting laying concrete, cost & conveyance of materials, labour ,T&P, royalty, taxes, curing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Without shuttering)
