RENOVATION OF DRIVER'S REST ROOM NEAR PACKED LORRIES PARKING AREA AT PIYALA LPG PLANT

Scope of Work Subject- Renovation of Driver's Rest Room near packed lorries parking area at Piyala LPG Plant The contractor shall carry out complete civil, electrical, finishing, furnishing, and allied works as per the BOQ. The scope includes supply of all materials, labour, tools & tackles, scaffolding, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, finishing, housekeeping, and handover in working condition. 1. Gypsum Ceiling Works. Design, supply, and installation of gypsum false ceiling including GI/MS framework, suspenders, perimeter channels, gypsum boards of approved thickness, jointing compound, tape, sanding, cut-outs for light fixtures, and final smooth finish complete in all respects. 2. Floor Tiling Works. Removal of loose material if any, surface cleaning, base preparation and leveling, supply and laying of approved quality floor tiles using tile adhesive, alignment, cutting, joint filling with epoxy/cement grout, edge finishing, and cleaning after completion. 3. 3-Seater Sofa. Supply, transportation, and placement of ergonomically designed 3-seater sofas of approved make, upholstery, frame quality, cushioning, and finish, complete as per site requirement. 4. Window Net with Frame. Supply and installation of mosquito/insect-proof window nets with aluminum/UPVC frame including fixing hardware, anchoring, alignment, and finishing. 5. Curtains / Venetian Blinds. Supply and installation of Venetian blinds including channels, brackets, control mechanisms, accessories, and proper alignment for smooth operation. 6. Wall Fans. Supply and installation of heavy-duty wall-mounted fans including mounting brackets, electrical wiring, connections, testing, and commissioning. 7. UPVC Door & Window (Main Gate). Design, fabrication, supply, and installation of UPVC doors and windows including frames, shutters, glass panels, fittings, locking arrangements, sealing, and finishing complete. 8. Electrical Works. Complete electrical works including supply and laying of concealed/surface wiring in conduits, underground cabling where required, switches, sockets, MCBs, earthing, fixtures, testing, labeling, and commissioning. All work shall conform to applicable electrical safety standards. 9. Split Air Conditioner – 2 Ton Supply and installation of 2-ton split AC units including indoor and outdoor units, copper piping, insulation, electrical wiring, drain piping, mounting brackets, gas charging, testing, and commissioning. 10. Exterior Painting (No Dust – 5 Years) Surface cleaning, scraping, minor crack repair, application of touch-up putty, one coat of primer, and two coats of approved no-dust exterior paint with minimum 5-year durability, including scaffolding where required. 11. Civil Repair Works Removal of damaged and loose plaster, surface preparation, cement mortar repair, leveling plaster application, curing, and finishing including scaffolding and debris removal. 12. Interior Painting (5 Years) Surface preparation including touch-up putty, sanding, one coat of primer, and two coats of approved interior emulsion paint with minimum 5-year durability and uniform finish. 13. Terrace Waterproofing Cleaning and surface preparation of terrace, application of one coat of primer followed by two coats of approved waterproofing chemical as per manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper coverage and protection against seepage. 14. Terrace Repair Works Crack filling, repair of damaged areas using ready-mix plaster, application of chemical treatment, curing, and surface finishing to restore structural integrity and prevent water ingress. General Terms & Conditions (Part of Scope) All materials shall be new and of approved make and quality. Contractor shall follow all safety norms, site rules, and statutory regulations. Protection of existing structures, fixtures, and utilities shall be the contractor’s responsibility. Debris removal and daily housekeeping are included in the scope. Work shall be completed within the stipulated time schedule. Final payment shall be released only after satisfactory completion and handover.
