Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area n.exc 1.5 sqm each and removing from the site including making good the disturbed surface of wall etc to match with existing adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. M&L for Mild steel hold fast made of flat iron conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 of size 25 x 3 mm bent to shape required with splitting end and drilling holes for fixing nuts & bolts (including nuts & bolts) including treating the steel surfaces with tar or coal tar black paint and sanding neatly newly tarred surfaces with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and cleaning of old steel CGI surface (using emery paper/ sand paper for old rusted surface) exc 10cm width or girth in roof/cladding etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer in different tint for camouflage and concealment of Sigma II software design/ patterns approved by user complete all as specified and directed.

Re-writing letter or figure (Block, Roman, Italic, or Indian) not exc. 30 cm height & average height 15 cm with thick synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
