S&F Fe 410-W (GdeE- 250) quality A framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel rolling shutters of 1.25mm lath thickness, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) to old decorated steel surfaces of girth exc 10cm including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, hold fast blocks, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed.

Chipping of loose/ damaged / cracked / previously repaired/ delaminated or weak concrete by chieseling to expose the sound core concrete where ever required and to expose rusted reinforcement upto depth n.exc 50mm and disposal of rubbish off the premises to a distance not exc 50 mtrs including cleaning of reinforced concrete surface by air compressor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The execution shall be carried out at height varying from ground floor to IInd floor upto roof level approx up to 15 mtr specially for external surfaces of walls over/under sunshade/projection of roof/window and like and also inside the walls of utility shaft portion by using necessary scaffolding and ladder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing by mixing and trowel application of prepacked, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement mortar Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE at an average thickness exceeding 10mm and upto 25mm to the prepared concrete substrate in soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and facias at any height upto 3rd floor levels, including finishing of applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The execution shall be carried out at height varying from ground floor to IInd floor upto roof level approx up to 15 mtr specially for external surfaces of walls over/under sunshade/projection of roof/window and like and also inside the walls of utility shaft portion by using necessary scaffolding and ladder complete all as specified and as directed.
