Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L brick work with sub class `B' Brick on straight on curved on plan to any radious in full brick work in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

All as per Item No- 02.00 here in above but except bricks.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of weather coat paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L for preparing old undecorated surface of wall etc including cleaning with broom and applying one coat of exterior weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for ornamental and intricate design Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of barsshouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 and hung as gates including pintel hinge stops hand made sliding bolt etc including dismantling complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and roof and paving /paver block not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) .complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm PCC (1:4:8 ) type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base floor .
