Almirah Large steel (FD-76(M) & 1031):- Repair to almirah Large steel including dismantling of old unserviceable parts and replacing with new parts as mentioned below. Almirah shall be repainted both internally and externally with synthetic enamel paint silver ash/ OG colour after denting/benting and preparation of surface by scratching old paint applying putty and primer. Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: New parts as mentioned herein after shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply new locks of Godrej pattern with duplicate keys.

Supply new handle of mild steel chromium plated 100 mm best quality as approved by GE.

Supply new shelves made out of MS sheet 01 mm thick as per Drg.

Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : New parts as mentioned herein after shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply new CP handles 100 mm x 3 mm thick as per Drg.

Supply CPMS Hasp & Staple 100 mm x 3 mm thick.

Supply new shelves of 01 mm MS Sheet as per Drg.

Supply new leg made of 01 mm MS Sheet as per Drg.

Supply bottom sheet of locker steel 01 mm thick MS Sheet

Supply new steel hanging rod 18 gauge 20 mm dia as per drg.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS FD-75(M):- Repair to Chair CB Tub steel with arms including dismantling of old unserviceable parts and replacing with new parts as mentioned below and setting right all other existing parts. Chair shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint of OG Colour Ist Gde. Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. rest all as per drg. Note : New parts as mentioned here in after shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply new seats of Ist class hard wood Sheesham duly canned with cane plastic 2 mm wide as per Godrej pattern. Wooden portion of seat shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint Black.

Supply new back frame of Ist class hard wood Sheesham duly canned with cane plastic 2 mm wide as per Godrej pattern. Wooden portion of back shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Black.

Removing of old unserviceable arms of chair CB Steel with arms supply and fixing new arms of Ist class hard wood Sheesham duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Black.

Supply new PVC caps of best quality as per Drg.

CHAIR CB TUB STEEL WITHOUT ARMS:- Repair to Chair CB Tub steel without arms including dismantling of old unserviceable parts and replacing with new parts as mentioned below and setting right all other existing parts. Chair shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint of OG Colour Ist Gde. Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply new seats of Ist class hard wood Sheesham duly canned with cane plastic 2 mm wide as per Godrej pattern. Wooden portion of seat shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Black.

Supply new back of first class hard wood Sheesham duly caned with cane plastic 2 mm dia as per Godrej pattern. Wooden portion of Chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Black.

Supply new PVC caps of best quality as per Drg.

Charpoy GI Pipe FD-220 :- Reweaving of charpoy GI pipe with nylon newar of 1st grade 50 mm wide white/light colour not made out of recycled nylon. Charpoy shall be closely woven on both sides by providing 35 bands on long rail and 14 bands on short rails. Weight of nylon newar shall be 1.5 Kg per charpoy with 5% plus-minus variation. Charpoy frame shall be repaired/tightened properly by replacing broken parts with following new parts before re-weaving. Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- New parts as mentioned here-in after shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply of long rails made of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm dia ISI marked duly threaded both sides complete all as specified and as per drg. Make:-Jindal/Prakesh surya

Cutting of existing broken long rails and converting into two short rails duly threaded both sides, Nos of short rails shall be measured.

Cutting of existing broken short rails and converting into two legs duly threaded both sides, Nos of legs shall be measured.

Supply of GI elbows 3 way 32 mm dia ISI marked having weight not less than 440 grams each complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed.

Supply GI check nuts 6 mm thick 32 mm dia complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of GI cups for bottom of legs complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed.

Table Dining OR (FD-165):- Removing of old unserviceable Top from Table dining OR, Supply and fixing of new top for table dining OR made of Block board covered with aluminium sheet 0.5 mm as per drg. Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable legs by cutting 4" long and supplying and fixing with welding of joints of 4" of 25 mm square conduit 1.6 mm thick as per Drg.

Welding of joints of frame 25 mm square conduit as per Drg.

Painting of Table dining OR complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Black color after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper.

Rubber shoes of superior quality having steel washer fitted in bottom shall be provided to the bottom of legs

Teapoy Veranda (FD-255):- Taking out unserviceable top, supplying and fixing of new top of Pre-laminated particle board exterior grade 18/19 mm teak shade and other side with balancing white lamination with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all around with French polishing as per Drg Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Welding of joints of frame of Teapoy Verandha

Taking out of unserviceable shoes, supplying and fixing of new rubber shoes as per Drg.

Painting of frame of teapoy verandah with two coats of synthetic enamel paint White including welding and preparation of surfaces.

Repair to form without back (FD-77 (M):- Taking out old unserviceable top, supplying and fixing of new top 1500 x 255 x 25 mm made of first class seasoned hard wood Sheesham As per drg Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable legs by cutting 4" long and supplying and fixing with welding of joints of 4" of 25 mm square conduit 1.6 mm thick as per Drg.

Taking out of unserviceable shoes, supplying and fixing of new rubber shoes as per Drg.

Polishing of top wooden portion of form without back with French polish.

Preparation of old painted surface of form without back and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black as per Drg.

Repair to form with back (FD-78 (M):- Taking out old unserviceable top, supplying and fixing of new top 1800 x 255 x 25 mm made of first class hard wood seasoned Sheesham as per drg Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable back plank, supplying and fixing of new back plank 1800 x 200 x 25 mm made of first class hard wood Sheesham as per Drg.

Removing of unserviceable legs by cutting 4" long and supplying and fixing with welding of joints of 4" of 25 mm square conduit 1.6 mm thick as per Drg.

Taking out of unserviceable shoes, supplying and fixing of new rubber shoes as per Drg.

Polishing of top and back wooden portion of form with back with French polish.

Preparation of old painted surface of form with back and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Black as per Drg.

Repair to Chair revolving with arms with cushion seat & back (TP):- Taking out unserviceable seat and back of chair revolving, supplying and fixing of new seat and back with 50 mm foam cushion for seat & 50 mm foam cushion for back covered with tapestry cloth as approved and Rest complete all as specified and directed by GE.

Replacement of unserviceable coaster wheels of chair revolving as per Drg.

Replacement of hyd system, bolt and adjustable screw of hyd system etc as per Drg.

Preparation of old painted surface of chair and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG/Black including denting and welding.

CHAIR WRITING WITH HAND REST (FD-120 (M):- Removing of old unserviceable seats from chair writing with hand rest, supplying and fixing of new seats of Ist class hard wood Sheesham duly canned with cane plastic 2 mm as per Godrej pattern as per drg. Wooden portion of seat shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Black Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable back from chair with hand rest, supplying and fixing new back of Ist class hard wood Sheesham duly canned with cane plastic 2 mm as per Godrej pattern as per drg. Wooden portion of back shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint Black.

Removing of old unserviceable writing rest of chair with hand rest supplying and fixing new writing rest of Ist class hard wood Sheesham as per drg duly polished with French polish.

Removing of old unserviceable Arms, supplying & fixing of new arms of Sheesam wood as per Drg.

Painting of frame of chair with hand rest with two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG including preparation of surfaces.

Table 900 x 600 x 760 mm with Drawer FD-1008:- Repair to table including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as mentioned below. Note: - New parts as mentioned here in after shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supplying of new top of pre-laminated particle board 18 mm exterior grade BWR with all round 4 mm thick teak wood beading as per Drg.

PVC shoes of superior quality having steel washer fitted at bottom shall be provided to the legs of chairs. Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Writing (FD/E6/MAP/12) :- Provide material and labour for repair /replacement of 12 mm hot pressed ply wood, foam cushion 50 mm with 32 density, hand rest made of black integral skin polyurethane hardness reinforced with MS flat and tapestry cloth of superior quality of Chair writing MAP as approved and Rest complete all as specified and directed by GE, rest all as per drg

Bed Ply Top (FD/E6/MAP/08) :- Repair to bed ply top including dismantling of old broken parts and replacing with new MS rectangular /square pipe for various parts as mentioned below. Bed shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Black colour after scratching with sand paper Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : New parts as mentioned here in after shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply and fixing of 02 Nos of flat iron of size 40 x 6 mm of length equal to width of ply wood/GI Charpoy, bending the flat iron to the shape required to fix it tightly to GI Pipe with nut, bolt and washers of size 62-65 mm and 6 mm dia including necessary drilling into GI pipe and fixing the top portion of flat iron all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable plywood with new ply wood 12 mm thick BWR exterior grade ISI marked of suitable size as per Drg No FD-220 fixed to GI Pipe frame with GI nut, bolts 6 mm dia, 62 to 65 mm long with washers complete all as specified and directed by GE/Engr in charge. Make of ply wood : Greenply/ Kitply/Centuryply with IS 303.

Repainting of under mentioned steel furniture other than repaired above with synthetic enamel paint Ist gde colour as approved by GE after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper and providing putty and one coat of primer. Rest complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
