Supply and fixing 125 x 60mm pressed steel frames 1.25mm thick for doors,windows with one or more rebates incl necessary fixing hinges, lugs, hinges lock, strike plate, hold fasts, Peg etc complete all as specified .

Supply and fixing 105x60mm pressed steel frames 1.25mm thick for doors,windows with one or more rebates incl necessary fixing hinges, lugs, hinges lock, strike plate, hold fasts, Peg etc complete all as specified .

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood as in plain, solid, straight chawkhats and frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered , put to gather with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters, 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick commercial ply or 12mm thick vaneered particle board with commercial veneered on both sides, incl priming coat one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze,etc. (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of door shutters as spfd in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of the size 50mm width , 47 mm height with a wall thickness of 5mm(+0.25) made out of extruded 5mmmade out of 5mm PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specification drying as per manufacture instructions including all necessary fitting complete.

Supply and fixing 30mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutters made out of MS tubes of top and bottom rail MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded PVC "C" channel 5mm thick and having width of 50mm for from stiles and H section of 100mm wide for the rails, the inner panel 6mm thick PVC sheet insulated between frame and panel should be struck to the stiles and rails 50x30x5 mm, channel rails 100x30x5 mm H junction. The size, design and pattern of the paneled shutter shall be proceed by GE / Eng-in-Charge and all as per drawing / manufacture instructions complete all as specified including locking device and all necessary fitting etc here and after complete

Material & Labour for Plain Cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, filling in presserd steel frame and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and width of aperture 1.18mm & fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads exc 1.50 sqm complete all as specified and as dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality any size and in any type of frame and glazing with oil puty (or beading, any type) in squares n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 300 mm size MS door spring including roller and roller plate by means of welding complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of water tanks exc 250 ltrs capacity but not exc 500 ltr capicity and removal at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded PVC, Triple layered, water storage tanks of capacity 500 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, with & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple(inlet & outlet) etc. but excluding connection of ball valve, over drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks exc 500 ltrs capacity but not exc 1000 ltr capicity and removal at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded PVC, Triple layered, water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, with inlet & outlet connections with 15/20mm ball valve & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple 150 mm long with washer & plug etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning existing RCC/PVC Tank of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n.exc 500 Ltr by mentioned process all as directed by Engr-in-chrge.

Same as item No 66.00 above, but capacity exc 500 ltrs but n.exc 1000 Ltr all as directed by Engr-in-chrge.

Note: For above items Tank cleaning process (a) Dewatering & Removing all settled silt, scale & Dust from inside of tanks using brush manually and applying bleaching power, allowed to rest for 1 hour. (b) Cleaning and rinsing the tank using fresh water to wash out complete and allowed to dry for 30 min. (c) Writting detals of 7 cm height using synthetic enamel paint(white/black colur) to mention date of cleaning including rubbing out old letters written over the tank, complete as specified.

Supply & fixing PVC cover for water tank capacity exc. 250 litres but n. exc. 500 litres, Threaded or flap type including fixing new MS hinges and staples made for purpose, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling courses laid and compacted in slope in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for joint free Non Skid glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 400x400x 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) and incl dismantling old floor tiles with bed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg / Sqm and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and incl dismantling old wall tiles with bed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of old brick/stone or concrete surfaces at any height incl walls, cornices etc. in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (External surface) & curing and incl taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of old brick/stone or concrete surfaces at any height incl Pillars, cornices, chajjas (top & facia sides), sun shades etc making sharp corners in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and with or without water proofing compound (2% 0f cement content) (External surface) & curing and incl taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. Note: If WPC used, then it will paid separately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound all as specified as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (Internal surfaces) and taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for for applying 3 mm thick (achieved in two coats) wall care putty of new undecorated plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surface in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth and taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour preparatin of new / previously untreated surface walls & ceiling by applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) on wall surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from internal surfaces on walls by wire brushes, sand paper and iron patti / flat & stopping of surfaces & leveling/ edging the disturbed places/edges and applying compound of Birla/ JK wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/ even finish using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour machine cut Granite slab 15 mm thick as in steps, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement morter 1:2, 3mm thick, set and jointed with white cement sturry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing, polshing and dismantling old granite with bed, complete all as spd.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges etc. fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm and incl dismantling old sheets, complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
