M&L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in footpath, plinth protection, etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand (1:2) making impressions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block, glossy finish of approved colour, design & shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 75 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15mm dia of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) 200 mm thick of flexural strength 45 Kg per sq cm (lower control limit-LCL) after 28 days in pavement slab using minimum 450 Kg of cement per cubic metre and using non circular synthetic fibre @0.25 % by weight of cement with crushed stone aggregate of grading as per specification laid in panels including use and waste of necessary formwork for laying pavement concrete in bays between joints and contraction expansion joint/or between the two contraction joints spread and compacted using mechanical paver, mechanically vibrated and bull nosing/rounding off edges, curing, brooming, belting etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- (i)The rate of Polyester triangular synthetic fibre as secondary reinforcement mixed in cement concrete shall be included in quoted rate (ii) No price adjustment shall be applicable if more cement than minimum quantity of cement shall be used in the work.

Forming 25 mm thick expansion joint for full depth of PQC or concrete slab and filled with 20 mm thick pre-moulded compressible polythelene closed cell type filler board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythelene/polysulphide based sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the direction of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming construction joint 25mm deep X 10mm wide using diamond cutter with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythylene foam back up rod of 12 mm dia, for complete width of joint, priming top 10 mm with specifed primer and filling with polythelene/polysulphide based sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as directed by the manufacturer, comlete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new concrete/ bituminous surface and Painting lines, dashes (continuous/un-interrupted), arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavement, and the like n.exc 10cm wide with two coats of waterbased road marking paint white or golden yellow over a coat of primer for the desired result complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring hole below the road for pipe crossing upto 100mm bore, using trenchless technology complete all as directed. (Note: Cost of accessories required for making hole/bore deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, armoured, 2 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 10 Sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, under floors, through GI Pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (1) Pipes shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (2) Excvation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer except the planting depth which shall be painted with black bituminous paint including writing pole number using suitable paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and Earth work, PCC filling shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for street light pole and embedd the aviation light over the OHT complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F modular junction box made of SMC/FRP of size 240x130x110mm with provision of MCB SP, and connector terminal 4 pole indicating RYB Phase Colour and Neutral colour complete fixed to street light pole with suitable size of mild steel clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat No. GSJB 1414 of Sintex equivalent model as approved.

S&F three run service cable with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor served with an inner seathing of FRLSH suitable for outdoor uses and PVC sheathed 3 core stranded conductor of 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area passing through the MS conduit alongwith the pole with MS clamp supports complete all as specified and as directed.
