Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying cables, pipes, etc. all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved riddled earth, spread dry in trenches as in cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness will be considered for payment.

M&L for burnt bricks, old size, sub class 'B' of designation 75, laid in trenches as in protection for UG cables all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI tubes, light grade, 80mm bore, as in cable protection, fixed to poles/ walls with necessary MS clamps, bolts, nuts, washers or laid in trenches / under roads/ crossing etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, heavy duty electric LT UG cable with multi-stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm x 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ passing through pipe/ duct or fixed to wall including provision of suitable lugs duly crimped, cable gland on both ends, necessary thimbles/ ferrules, connecting up, testing and commissioning complete including taking down existing unserviceable LT UG cable of any description and size all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, cable cushioning, bricks/ GI pipe for protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supplying, installing, connecting, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set comprising of Diesel engine and Alternator, water cooled type, turbo charged, fully wired, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 0.8PF, 62.5 KVA (50 KW), electrical starting system with 12 V 180 AH Battery, engine directly coupled to alternator in accordance with BS-5000/ IS-4722 with common base plate frame, flexible coupling, electronic control panel for engine and genset with monitoring meters and safety system, self excited alternator with self regulated brushless excitation mounted on common base plate with anti vibration pad, acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms, in built MS fuel tank of capacity not less han 150 litres with fuel gauge, fuel piping, exhaust piping of suitable size and length, control cable from engine to control panel, battery charger, etc. complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, as specified and as directed. Make of DG SET – KOEL iGREEN MODEL No. K4R810TAG1 LIQUID COOLED 83 HP or equivalent make in GREAVES/ CUMMINS

Notes: (i) Rate quoted for this item shall also include the following:- (a) Initial filling of Diesel, engine oil & grease, coolant etc, to the required level/ standard. (b) Carrying out load tests on Alternator at site and provision of all arrangements for carrying out testing as specified in Particular Specifications. (c) Diesel & Engine oil required for load testing of DG Set. (d) Provision of MF battery 12V X 180AH capacity duly charged as recommended by the manufacurer. Make : AMARON/ EXIDE, (e) Battery charger of suitable capacity for charging of batteries suitable for operation on AC, Single Phase, 230 Volts, 50 Hz. (f) Self starter 12 volts (h) Oil pressure gauge, engine temperature gauge, RPM gauge and lubrication oil temperature guage. (g) Alternator horizontal drip proof, self excited, self regulating type with brushless rotating field confirming to BS 2613 and IS 4722 of capacity 50 KW/83HP 4 cylinder, 1500 RPM, Insulation class H, Ingression protection IP 23.

Notes (Contd...): (i) Rate quoted for this item shall also include the following (Contd...):- (h) Digital meters showing AC phase voltage, current, hours run, number of starts, fuel level, Auto/ Manual stop, battery charge condition, KVA, KW, KWH, KVAr, Power factor (j) Diagnostic features showing battery charging failure, over/ under speed, over current, under/ over voltage, over KW, phase sequence monitoring, phase missing, common alarm, hooter output, low lube oil pressure, high engine temperature, low/ high battery voltage, low fuel level alarm, over crank protection, etc. (k) PCC foundation for mounting of DG set as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary earth work and excavation. (l) Submission of operation and maintenance manual, test certificates for engines, alternator and acoustic enclosure including providing training to the Department staff for operation of DG Set. (m) Disconnecting existing DG Set and connected accessories complete and shifting to MES stores (ii) LT UG cable from alternator to panel board and change over to load shall be measured and paid separately

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of LT Panel Board, indoor floor mounted, cubicle type, factory made, compartmentalised, IP 54 protection class, 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system with 200 Amps current carrying capacity, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, totally enclosed, front/ rear operated, double door with locking arrangement and ventilator slots, cable trays, glands, lugs, etc. including provisions for taking out incoming and outgoing cables, danger board, etc. and painting with epoxy powder coated over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer suitable to accommodate and including the following mentioned fittings with internal copper wiring and ISMC 75 base mounting frame complete including dismantling existing LT panel board of any description alongwith switch gears and accessories all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm thick by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers and 50 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and GI funnel all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, dust salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 100mm C/C both ways and with 8mm dia MS hook complete and testing all as specified and directed.
