Providing, laying spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate and granular material premixed with water in mechanical wet mix plant of 75 tonne capacity carriage of mix material to site by tipper laying into uniform compact thickness with motor grade of adequate capacity its blade having hydraulic control suitable for adjustment or with paver finisher in sub base / base course on well prepared sub grade and compacting with vibratory roller 8 to 10 tonne to achieve the desired density and laid in line, grade cross section as approved by the Engineer-in-charge as per MORT&H specification .Finihsed work to be measured inlcuding all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick ( compacted )premix Bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in latest MORT&H specification and straight run bitumen of VG-10 @4% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material to the site and laying with paver finisher as per required profile, including cost of priming coat / tack coat, and Bituminous macadam in required level and grade , rolling with roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density. All complete including cost of bitumen and all sort of taxes including all leads , lifts , carriage complete.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Semi-dense bituminous concrete (SDBC) with specified graded stone aggretates as per MORT&H specifications for wearing coat including loading of aggregates with FE loader and hot mixing of Bituminous with filler and stone aggregates in hot mix plant , transporting the mixed material by Tippers to pavers at site of work and laying the mixed material with Mechanical pavers finisher to the required level and grade , rolling with power Road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost of priming coat / tack coat. ( Bitumen used shall be VG - 10 and grading of mix shall be as per the relevant clause of MORT&H). All complete including cost of Bitumen and all sorts of taxes , all leads , lifts, carriage complete.
