Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specied and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) including tiles of any description & terrazo finish etc not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling GI framing for ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards /slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down or up 15 mm bore galvanised iron tubing pipes and connection for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Roughning of surfaces of old concrete floor picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed. (Building height upto four story)

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:3) on ceiling and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as floors, sub-floors etc and finishing surfaces of concrete topping as even & fair or even & rough to receive the topping layer all as specifed

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour 50mm thick, cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors, plinth protection, paths, etc and finishing top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick M-35 factory made precast cement concrete interlocking paver block of size and colour as directed in floors over & including 25mm thick sand beding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete chequered coloured tiles with grey cement and pigments, 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry pigmented to match colour of tiles over & including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 as in floors, tread, riser, ramp & paths etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling consisting of 600mmx600mm, 4mm thick ECO board as in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacture instructions used as panel insert in a frame work made using powder coated aluminiu T-section of size 25mm x25mm havng thickness 1mm for cross and main runners in square pattern of grid sizes 600mm x600mm. The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and GI wire/3mm dia of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium framework is supported on side wall/roof purlin with the use of aluminium L-section of size 25mm x25mm having thickness 1mm angle etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L tubular mild steel work as in roof trusses/framing for roofing, purlins, grill/guard bars, gates etc; of any section, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium glazed door with frame of size 100 x33x2mm comprising of shutter rails & stiles (top 75 x 44 x2mm, lock rail 105 x 44 x2mm & bottom rail of 200 x 44 x2mm) of standard extruded aluminium anodisied natural shade/powder coated satin finish sections, closing arrangements, handle for openable shutter and all joindery items required complete with 4.8 mm thick plain/tinted/itched glass, packing with rubber gasket, aluminium beading etc around both sides for fixing of glass as required all as specified and directed .

Repair to aluminum door shutter, window, sliding windows,ventilatorpartition by replacing joining cleats glazing clips rubber packing andoised aluminum snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. Note : Sheet glas, particle board will be measured and paid separately as supply only if provided at site.

M&L 12 mm prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one sides with decorative choice laminations and other side white lamination with screw to timber/ aluminum fram with snap grid complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 15 mm complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining 'in repair' consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame/plastered suface including PVC beading on edges and top etc as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ' in repair' galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aparture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire stapple, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, cills, bands, bed plates, surface channels and the like including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered wall surfaces including cornices & pillasters etc as per manufacturer's specifications & instructions including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation the surface of on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered ceiling surfaces including preperation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surafaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of suitable primer complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directred.

M & L Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7mm /450mm x350mm x7mm thick mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 and including roughning surfaces of old concrete/terrazzo finish floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F vitrified ceramic tiles of 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.36 sqm on vertical surfaces such as skirtings set jointed in neat cement slurry/paste and pointed in coloured cement to match with the tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 including dismantling existing skirting including cement mortar screeding including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing etc and removing rubbish from the site etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 18mm thick Granite jet black shade machine cut,machne polished over cills/steps/border of tiles and like single piece , of width not execeedig 300mm (cut to size in rectangular/square shape) jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed with grout of matching shade including rubbeing and polishing (Granite finish) laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- The sample will be approved by GE before procurement. Tenderers are advised to ascertain the same before quoting their rate.

Roundening of / moulding to edges (half rounf) of stone of any description including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) , complete all as specified & directed.

M&L marble work 15mm to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) in pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of any type other tan black and white over 15mm thick screed bed in cement bed 15mm in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Staircase pieses shall be in single piece.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed With grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including cement screed bed 15mm in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone 20 mm thick in riser/ treads (in Single piese), skirting, dado and pillar over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 laid in jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match ther shade of slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing mirror finish complete all as specified & directed.

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit of Rs. 32030.
