Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced) complete complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Dismantling of timber in scantling 40 sq cm and over in section in any position in unframed work complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering including ridges complete all as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed..

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm and (without taking off shutter from the frames) and removal from site complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm (without taking off shutter from the frames) and removal from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as directed.
