M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in plinth protection using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including making joints and filling with sand bitumen mastic complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC Type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggreate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F precast machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade of any colour & design with grey cement and pigment as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for industrial scratch resistant and neutral to UV rays outdoor coloured tiles of size 300 x 300x10mm thic, suitable for vehicular traffic like parking lots driveways pathways, pavements etc confirming to IS -4457 2007 ( colour terracotta/ ivory/Grey) ( Shape- star/Chex/Coin/plain/capsule/stripe and dot) shape, size and pattern/colour as directed by engineer in charge, as set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed to coloured cement to match, over 15 mm thick screed bed of CM (1:6) over 40 mm thick over pcc 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone agregate complete all as specified Make Johnson/ Somany / Orient Bell complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 20-25mm confirming to IS -1237 (rubber form moulded)any size in floorsetc, set, jointed & pointed with cement slurry 15mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping, benching etc including necessary form work, chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with subclass B bricks, staright or curved on plan exc 6.00 mtr mean redius, biult in 1:6 cement mortar.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass B bricks, staright or curved on plan on plan to any redius in half brick thickness wall, biult in 1:4 cement mortar. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in ladning cover slabs for man holes/ drain covers set in CM 1:4 complete as specified as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clipscomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured granite slab, 20 + mm thick, as in Plateforms of Kitchen and similar work etc., bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including Chamfering\Rounding the edges complete all as specified and as directed (colour & design approved by GE). Over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured granite slab, 20 + mm thick, as in vertical surface of kitchen plateforms & similar work etc., bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including Chamfering\Rounding the edges complete all as specified and as directed (colour & design approved by GE). over 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering CM (1:4) 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement as per manufactureres on brick surfaces or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. (Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separatelly) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compund only complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of surfaces by steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts etc on wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or ribbited or forged into spickes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed blusters, walk way , railing, framed work of water tanks and similar works conformin to Fe 290 gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paints on newly steel surface over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,complete all as specified and directedy Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directedy Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 4mm thick PVC coated mild steel wire mesh 150x100mm mesh fencing incl straining and fixing to steelposts and securin with galvanised iron tying complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation onewly platered or unplastered surface and applying three coats odwhite wash on surface of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
