Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness in roof covering, etc. including ridge complete.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing, roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild Steel Rolled sections as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

Supply and fix Aluminium flat , wind ties of any size fixed with self tapping screws of size 40/50mm with integral EPDM washer screwed in roof covering, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 4mm thick designer E-board , fixed in ceiling flat or sloping to timber frame work with screws including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm screed in cement motor 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per Item No.10 above but as in skirting over and including rendering of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for double charged vitrified coloured tiles(light shade)10mm thick premium quality (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over including a screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.12 as above but as in skirting over and including screed bed of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each.

Supply and fix Anodised Aluminium frames or shutters for doors, partitions, Windows and Ventilators and similar works with one or more rebates incl necessary fittings and fixture such as jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packings, screws, handles stainless steel adjustable friction stay hinges etc. as required fixed to aluminium frame complete all as specified. NOTE: (i) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included cost of rubber beading, fittings such as handles, SS friction stay hinges etc. (ii) Supply only Glass, wire cloth, deco grill & boardings etc. shall be measured and paid separately under separate items.

Supply only anodised aluminium 'XPM' 1.50mm x 3.00mm size for mosquito proofing 22 gauge thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 12mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations, fixed with screws to aluminium frame work

Supply and fix in repair Aluminium anodised window and ventilator members for replacement of unserviceable members in window, ventilators etc.,
