CWE/P-17/2022-23 SPECIAL REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ROADS AT CERTAIN UNIT IN MIRTHAL UNDER GE (SOUTH) PATHANKOT

M&L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm deep, gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size) or of 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite, trap or basalt stones, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L using paving bitumen, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate with paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, including using self propelled mechanical paver to spread the mix to required thickness, camber and gradient and rolled to uniform smooth surfaces with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L using paving bitumen, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam, using paving bitumen (4% binder content) any penetration, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate with paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, including using self propelled mechanical paver to spread the mix to required thickness, camber and gradient and rolled to uniform smooth surfaces with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, arrow, dashes, letters etc on roads, pavements 10 cm wide providing & applying 2 mm thick marking strips (with reflective glass beads on top) of specified shade/colourusing hot thermoplastic material fully/semi automatic application machine fitted with profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including preparation of new/previously treated surfaces, cleaning surface of all dirt, scales, oils, grease & foreign materials etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for continuous brick edging with width equal to width of the brick (sub class B bricks) laid dry on end vertically with old sized bricks including necessary excavation and exceeding 50 m, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoines, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule(BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
