Supply, install, testing and commmisioning of outdoor type step down transformer of capacity 500 KVA copper wound HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, ONAN cooled with 7 position off load tap changer (tapping range +/- 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group Dyn-11 all as per IS-1180 (Part-I) 2014 wtih energy efficiency level and as per latest amendment No.04 of IS 1180 (Part-I) Mar 2021 complete with first filling of transformer oil and following accessories including necessary foundation and fencing with gate:- (a) LV cable box with cable glands (b) Name, Rating & Diagram Plate - 1 No (c) OFF circuit tap changing switch - 01 No (d) Earthing Terminals - 02 Nos (e) Lifting Lugs - 02 Nos (f) Oil level indicator (flush tube) - 01 No (g) Oil drain valve with plug - 01 No (h) Oil filter valve with plug - 01 No (j) Conservator with oil filling hole - 01 No (k) Thermometer pocket - 01 No (l) 4" dial type thermometer stem type - 01 No (m) Air release plug - 01 No (n) Silica gel breather - 01 No (o) Explosion vent - 01 No (p) Unidirectional rollers - 04 Nos Note:- Any left out standard accessories which are not mentioned above for smooth functioning of the transformer shall be included in the quoted rate without any extra cost.

Material and Labour for Earthing and testing complete using copper plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm, as earth electrode thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to and including 20 x 3 mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of copper & connected to equipment and earthing test point , earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation PCC chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) and 20mm dia GI watering pipe and 40 mm dia light grade GI for protection of earth strip, wire mesh, funnel, charcoal dust & common salt, etc all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Earthing and testing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25M below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to equipment and earthing test point , earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation PCC chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) and 20mm dia GI watering pipe and 40 mm dia light grade GI for protection of earth strip, wire mesh, funnel, charcoal dust & common salt, etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (11 meter long) complete with CI base plate and two coat of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after initial preparation of surfaces and black bituminous paint inner side of the pole & outer side upto GL, finial including foundation and coping, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate is deemed to be included for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.2 mtr height from top of coping in 03 Nos of each black and yellow alternate strip of 20cm height.

Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately) inclusive two coat of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch air break gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators & steel frame with operation mechanism worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps, 11000 volts complete and drop out expulsion fuse suitable for vertical mounting rotating type single pole 11000 volts, having 12 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) GOD shall be vertical type. (b) Expulsion fuse should be set of three.

Excavation in trenches for laying underground cables, poles and stays in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 3.0 m deep all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable provided with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable including hand punning and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For the purpose of payment, punned thickness only will be measured

M&L for precast concrete cable covers class HV, type I, flat of size 300 mm x180 mm x 40 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Aluminum conductor, steel reinforced ( ACSR ) drawn / fixed on poles including aluminum binding wire for jumpering complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M& L for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling for poles complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for providing cement concrete PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pillars, plate forms, beds and coping around poles etc complete including necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M& L for providing cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping around poles etc complete including necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 400 sq mm.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm.

Supply and fix lightning arrestor 11000 Volt expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade, UG Cable for out door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of cubical LT feeder pillar box outoor type made out of (3.15 mm) thick CRCA sheet powder coated treated with 7 tank metal treatment process of suitable size for accomodating 01 No ACB 1000 Amp, 4 pole, fixed type and provision of bus bar chamber incl aluminium bus bar of 1200 Amp current carrying capacity for both incoming and outging incl provn to accomodate 2 Nos each outgoing and incoming cables of size 400 sqmm 3.5 core incl following accessories:- (i) ACB 4 pole, 1000 Amp, fixed type. (ii) Cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables. (iii) Aluminium lugs of suitable size for incoming and outgoing cables connection in bus bar. (iv) Suitable necessary PCC foundation. Note:- (i) Installation height of the panel should not be less then 1.2 mtr from normel ground level.
