M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechancical sander machine and make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. Note :The mechancical sander machine shall have mechanical vacuum mechanism and RPM not less than 1500 with sanding pad dia of 7"/9"and of 80 grit.

M&L for applying 1mm average water proof cement based putty @1kg (undiluted) per sqm on plastered /old prepared surface of wall using fully automatic airless spray machine and sanding when dry with 240 grit sandind pad using mechanical wall sander to make the surface even, smooth, clean, free from dust and ready to receive finishing primer/paint coat complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Putty powder shall be mixed with water as per manufacturer's recommendation/instruction using mechinical putty mixer having mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute and allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. (ii) Fully automatic airless spray machine shall have 1 litre per minute minmum flow speed and 3300PSI pressure Make : Birla white / JK putty/ Burger

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9litre(undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface before painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian(Appex Altima)/ Berger(weather coat all Gaurd)/ Nerolac(Excel total) Note : (i) The emulsion used shall be of approved colour by GE diluted as per manufacturer's instructions

M&L for applying two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine complete all as specified and directed. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian(Appex Altima)/ Berger(weather coat all Gaurd)/ Nerolac(Excel total) Note : (i) The emulsion used shall be of approved colour by GE diluted as per manufacturer's instructions (ii) Fully automatic airless spray machine shall have 1 litre per minute minmum flow speed and 3300PSI pressure (iii) The emulsion shall have silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC ( less than 50), Antifungal/ Anti Algai properties. (ii) Emulsion not less than 1.79 litre(undiluted)/10 Sqm in two coats shall be used. It can be diluted as per manufacture's instructions

Taking down cement plaster / cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement plaster in two layers on brick/stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work, first layer 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and second layer 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with and including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of acrylic interior emulsion paint over and including one coat of interior primer on prepared surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed Make : Asian(Apcolite)/ Burger(self breath easy)/ Nerolac (nerolac Immpession HD) Note : (i) The emulsion used shall be of approved colour by GE diluted as per manufacturer's instructions (ii) Contractor shall ensure washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting, etc after painting work with entire setisfection of Engg-in-charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamelled paint on old painted wood/wood based surface of any desription over 10cm width or girth incl preparation surfaces such as removing all splashes, drops, dirt and leaving premises in a clean state complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair of distrubed/ broken brick holes in walls with CM 1:6 including filling of narrow interstices with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) after and including removal / root out of trees,plants, truncks,grasses and creeps etc from roof or wall , finished with 15 mm plaster in CM(1:6) including finishes the surface with same finish complete all as specified and directed.
