Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Providing and laying in position in C.C. specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finishing and reinforcement (1:6:12) with cement, Fine sand and 40mm gauge Brick ballast i/c all as per pwd specifications no 273

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in substructure complete excepting pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 602,603,604, 1202 & 1204 In 1:4 cement mortar

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm guage) to water bound macadam (WBM-3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse Sand Zone-III : 4 graded stone aggregates 20 mm Nominal Size ) 4.1.3

Providing and laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4 ),12mm thick on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications 613.4 & 1204
