Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth; for foundation, laying/taking out pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick work with sub class B, burnt clay bricks of old size, designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, below/above plinth beam complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry or surface other than fair face of brick work masonry of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, Fe500/Fe500D grade confirming to IS-1786, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, Fe500/Fe500D grade confirming to IS-1786, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L consolidated hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick each, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 100mm thick plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:2:4, type B-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in flooring, surface finish even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5mtr clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork to complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) bed 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified & directed. Note: The rates include for any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls.

M&L 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid as in trenches and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified & directed.

M&L precast cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in landing, cover slabs for man holes etc., chullah, hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles of throating with necessary form work and including setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. Notes : (i) Reinforcement shall be measured & paid seperately. (ii) The quoted rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved).

Supply, fixing, installation & testing of cold water Grease trap made for separating oil/grease waste from kitchen/ dinning hall waste water & suitable for fixing above or below the GL. The complete grease trap made with stainless steel 2mm thick sheet grade SS-304. The grease trap consist with three partions, solid waste collection chamber with stainless steel moveable basket madeout with perforated sheet for arresting solid food waste having lifting handle upto top level for easy lifting, oil & grease separating & collection chamber, treated water collection chamber, inlet, outlet pipes, air/vent pipe, taps, oil indicater etc, oil chamber shall arrangement & connected with container of 5 Ltr capacity with pulling out facility, including connecting to existing sewage line complete including all accessories as required to make grease separation sytem effective & efficent. The over all size of the grease trap shall be 1200mm x 600mm x 600mm, walls made with stainless steel 2 mm thick sheet grade SS-304, with SS openable top cover, odour free when closed and easy to clean from top, and having flow rate 400 litre per minute and volume 450 litres, bottom to centre of outlet 500mm. Inlet and outlet shall be 100mm bore coupling all as per manufracturer's instruction, complete with connection to kitchen trap and outlet with sewage line complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) The Grease Trap shall be procured from the manufacturer as approved by GE and the design, shape and pattern shall also be approved by GE.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved having tensile strength 550 Mpa & grade AZ 150 as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 5mm to 10mm dia of neck mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut with length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in filling of MS sheet chowkats, fixing of hold fast and window, chajja etc. including making the surface good and even complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (Camouflage Pattern) having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance , dirt resisitance exterior paint of approved shade/tint(Company depot tinted), with silicon additives @1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over & including one coat of compatible exterior primer @ 09.0 litre per 10 sqm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250), quality 'A' complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

S&F ISI marked traffic signal light with two colour (Green & Red) indicator warning light, Stop and Go light, PC housing waterproof, IP65 including all necessary fixing arrangements and wiring connections complete all as specified & directed.

S&F GI tubing 80mm bore, light grade for traffic light as per site requirement and sealing the pipe both ends with sealing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling of poles/stays/plinth etc. including necessary formwork if required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) bed 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified & directed. Note: The integral water proofing compund as per manufacturer's instruction deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L Construction of Septic tank, 20 users, single compartment as per STD drawings complete all as specified & directed. Note: The Septic tank shal be executed as per STD drawings bearing No. CEJZ/STD-263/90, sheet 1/9 to 9/9. The drawings may be referred from office of GE office. All the provisions shown in drawings are deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid on account for this item. The Excavation & eathwork shall be in any type of soil. The removal of surplus soil shall be to a distance exceeding 500 mtr.

Construction of Soakage well 1.2 mtr dia & 3.0 mtr deep(effective depth) as per STD drawings complete all as specified & directed. Note: The Soakage well shall be executed as per STD drawings bearing No. CEJZ/STD-301/90, sheet 1/4 to 4/4. The drawings may be referred from office of GE office. All the provisions shown in drawings are deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid on account for this item. The Excavation & eathwork shall be in any type of soil. The removal of surplus soil shall be to a distance exceeding 500 mtr.
