SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF QTY 01 x LIVING SHELTER ORL DOUBLE STOREY

The bidder is required to quote itemwise price for the work listed in the BOQ document individually and the total cost of all the items would be taken for deriving the L1 bidder.

Supply & Constr of Pre-Engineered Portable Frame OR Living (Double Storey) PIR Shelter of size 18.0m x 6.1m with 1.5m wide verandah including roof covered steel staircase with SS handrails on one side of the shelter as in drawing. The structure made out of primary members of High Tensils Steel (340 Mpa min) and Secondary members of (240 Mpa) steel. The main wall and portion and partition wall if any, will be made up of 50 mm thick PIR Panels. The Mezzainine Floor shall be with 1.0 mm Thick Galvanized Deck sheet. Layout of partition wall of ground and first floors. if any, will be as per the respective floor plans attached. The main beam of stair case are made up of built up C section of size 75mm, 200mm, 8/10mm and step platform are mae up of chequered plate 4mm thick. The side railings are made up of square hollow steel sections of 32mm x 32mm x 2.9mm @ spacing not greater than 300mm. Roof sheeting is made of 0.6mm thick PPGI Combat distruptive pattern (RAL-1001) coated sheets. Detailed specification of shelter Part as given in Appx 'A' & Appx 'B' and concerned drgs att. Store List of elect items & Constr mtrl are att as per Annx - I & II .

(a) Provn of Single Sleeping Bunk with Coir Mattress as per tech specification given in Appx 'C'.

(b) Provn of Bed Side Locker as per tech specification given in Appx 'D'.

(c) Provn of Chair Writing Wooden as per tech specification given in Appx 'E'

(d) Provn of Writing Table as per tech specification given in Appx 'E'

(e) Provn of water Dispenser all as per tech specifications given in Appx 'E'

(f) Provn of Powder based fire extinguisher all as per tech specifications given in Appx 'E'
