PART A - Development of Garden (Period 04 months)

Providing and laying Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler , as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness in between the existing paver blocks and light waterning of the grasss turf etc , as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing and spreading of well decomposed, dry farm yard manure free from soil & undecomposed grass etc. at site as directed by the Engineer/Officer-in-charge and as per specifications. (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)

Providing and spreading of red garden soil free from stones,pebbles etc.at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & as per specifications.(Quantity will be taken as per truck body measurement filled with red garden soil without deduction of any voids. )

Providing and plantation of shrubs/plants in healthy condition & as per specifications(colour, height etc.), at the specified locations, including cost of labour, transportation, loading and unloading etc, as per list attached,all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Part B - Maintenance of trees (Period 12 months)

Maintenance of Lawn/ground,new planted shrubs& hedges etc, (Area 2500 Sq.m X 12 Months) watering the lawns, plants twice a week, mowing lawns fortnighty, weeding shruberries, top dressing of manure & soil, preparation of basins around new planted shrubs & making it smooth, prunning of existing trees/shrubs overgrown branches whenever required, keeping the area in clean condition, rodents & crabs by baiting as & when required by taking necessary precautions, cleaning of grass pawer blocks , footpaths and seating arrangements in & around the garden areas including cost of disposing of garden waste at outside of Anand Bhawan etc. Compleate all as per specifications & as directed by EIC
