Making Branding of Ganga Sagar Mela for Drone view at Ganga Sagar in connection with Ganga Sagar Mela - 2026

Providing on hire basis including design and manufacturing of full colour high definition outdoor type RGB LED Pixel board having full colour LED module with necessary hardware fittings for branding of Gnaga Sagar Mela. The board should have approximately 10000 lamp. [Size of board:4' x 60'] [Matter: GANGA SAGAR MELA-2026] from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026

Providing on hire basis annimation controller for changing of colour and annimation of the board as in Sl. No.15, the annimation controller should controll 2000 lamps.

Providing on hire basis 70 Amps SMPS having input voltage 230 volt 50 Hz AC and out put voltage 12 volt DC for power supply.

Making bamboo structure on hire basis of size 9mtr x 18 mtr with bamboo post including cutting in suitable size, shape, jointing cross support, vertical support and covering with cloths for fixing of the RGB Pixel LED board and dismantling after completion of Mela. [Size:4' x 60']

Carrying & installation of 10 KVA/ 15 KVA gen set at different places of mela ground with the help of tools & tackles, hiring of caretc as per direction of EIC.

Running and maintenance of generating set in full load balance by supply of fuel, lubricants, sundries , skilled staff etc and including all other materials required to complete the work with all electrical connection complete from 20-12-2025 to 31-12-2025 for Nirman Karmees & military personne = 12 days x 10 Kw x 5nos x 12hrs [generating set will be supplied by the department]

Withdrawing the generating set from the existing position where installed for illumination arrangement after mela including storage to departmental Store at Ganga Sagar as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing diesel generator set with outside area lighting arrangement at Ganga Sagar PHE complex in connection with Visit of Hon’ble Chief Minister, West Bengal ( Time period will be informed after getting information from district administration authority) )

Supplying on hire basis truck mounted eco friendly silence in operation generating set with controlling panel, main switch, change over switch and necessary battery as per requirement and properly installed in suitable position as per direction of EIC with earthing complete including guarding arrangement complete for 24hrs

LED display board with lettering in Hindi, English & Bengali [Subject as per EIC]

Fabrication and manufacturing including design on hire basis of 3' x 3' square frame structure of height 8 ft by using hollo bar of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm including welding complete. The cubical frame is to be fitted with printed backlit flex in 4 sides and top portion will be covered by another approved theme like Dub, Dungru, Pradip, Trishul etc. The printing matter and design of flex shall be approved by the EIC. The Box inside should have fitted with suitable Nos LED luminaries to illuminate the theme . This cost also inclues the cost of fitting fixing in the divider portion of the roard with the help of support and GI wire including power connection complete and dismantling the structure after completeion of Mela.
