Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per lsr 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be rupplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer- in-cha.ge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tappint screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontau vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.(30 nos of 6 ft X 4 Ft Sheet)

Preparation of foundation(2.5 Mtr X 2 Mtr X 1.2 Mtr) for placement of Transformer(160 KVA-1 nos, 33 KV/440 V) with 1 CuM Brick works, 2 CuM Earth Work and 3.24 CuM PCC Work including sand filling.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoistin& fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre, 3 mtr each) double pole cross arm for installation of Double break GOAB switch complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for post top insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre, 2.4 mtr) for Supporting of DP Channel complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying and erection of a set of two 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm GI angle(1.5 mtr each) to support AB switch complete with 50 mm X 6mm GI flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .
