Provision of Runway Guard Lights at Maharana Pratap Airport, Udaipur.

Amount

Supply of a pair of unidirectional, alternate flashing, elevated type LED runway guard light fitting on common central assembly and complete with LEDs, optic lens, power converter, visor, two pin secondary lead, central column assembly, breakable coupling, base plate, gaskets, bolts etc. and all other standard accessories as required conforming to ICAO and technical specifications. The fixture shall be suitable for use at taxiway-runway intersection for day-night operation and operate on 230 V, 50 Hz single pase AC power supply.

Supply of 3.5 core 25 sqmm, 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, aluminum conductor, armoured LT power cable confirming to IS : 7098(Part 1) -1988 with upto date amendment etc. complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of cast iron isolating transformer housing box, round type, water tight, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 150 mm, made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except the top surface which is 15 mm thick suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and having a clear hole with centre at 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one no. of 32 mm dia HDPE pipe each as required and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 06 Nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate as required as per the drawings.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of thermoplastic, weather proof, IP 66, loop in loop out cable junction box including provision of 6 A, 10 kA, C series SP MCB, din rail, terminal bolck etc. suitable for termination of 3.5 C 25 sqmm cable. Mounting the junction box on frangible mounting legs with overall mounting height not more than 1100 mm including supply and installation of frangible legs meeting the ICAO standards. This job include all associated civil works like excavation, cement concrete, refilling, finishing etc. complete as required.

Supply of 4 core 4 sqmm size PVC / XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed 1.1 KV Grade flexible copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 specifications with upto date amendment as required.

Kerfs cutting with machine in taxiway/runway of PQC/bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for 4 core 4 sqmm power cable, its laying and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. complete as required.

Installation of Cast iron isolating transfer housing box of size 330 mm dia and 150 mm deep as per drawing including core cutting with machine, alignment & adjustment of housing, providing 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water, cutting & threading of pipe, refilling the side surface, sloping and making good the same etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of runway guard light fitting on the existing transformer housing box including laying of power cable, connections, termination of cable at fitting and junction box, earthing etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sqmm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35 sqmm size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and making end termination with PVC gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 C 25 sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Excavation of the trench in the hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 mtrs.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in for road repair etc. including form work etc as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required.
