To provide dedicated Earthing for High End Equipment in Cellar of FMBCT Building at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru.

Labour charges for digging 8 feet of depth below ground level, including hard soil, rocks, cement surface etc.,if any encountered, fixing the Item No:2, refilling of soil etc., as required. (along with charcoal / coke and salt from S.No:2 as required, already estimated under S.No.2).

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. As per IS 3043, charcoal / coke and salt should be refilled with 50 Kg each per earthpit. Copper flat to run from the plate until funnel, to be brazed, only Brass / SS Nut, Bolts and Washers are to be used. Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc., as requried.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00mm dia copper wire in 15mm G.I. pipefrom earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and refilling as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc., as requried.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required.
