| 1.00Scope of work: Following works are to be carried out for 365 days: 1. Smooth functioning of 2 nos. substation i.e. 2X 1500KVA 11KV/440Volts PMP Govt. Hospital and 2 X 1250KVA 11KV/440Volts PMP Medical College, Talcher by deploying One(01) Electrician and One(01) Electrical Helpers in each shift for 3 shifts a day for 365days. 2. One(01) High-skilled Electrical/ Electronic Diploma Supervisor in each shift ,3 shifts a day for 365 days will supervise for day to day operation of switch gear of 2 nos. of substations. They will make documentation all vital parameter of substation and maintain all statutory registers. 3. The operation of DG will be carried out by High-skilled supervisor and the Electricians & helpers must do filling of Diesel on DG set installed at substation as per instruction of Foreman I/c, NSCH, Talcher. 4. As and when required 11 KV fault finding, cutting of bushes, DO fuse installation, maintenance of AB switch and other maintenance work as and when required for MIMSR 11 KV Overhead lines /all HT installation for NSCH with having proper tools and tackles. Also do changeover of feeders as per the instruction of Foreman I/c, NSCH, Talcher. 5. As and when required in case of emergency or during night shift while no electricians engaged for any maintenance, the electricians and electrical helpers will have to attend breakdown of Sub stations, star/delta starter & pump motor of Pump house, external electrifications and any power complain as per instruction of Departmental Supervisor/Foreman I/c. 6. Cleaning of substation premises, electrical/mechanical maintenance of S/S, water charging of earth pits and overall maintenance, cable connection etc. 7. They shall use PPE and standard tools while discharge of duty with due procedure and follow all safety guideline | |||||
