Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Non clogging Submersible pumps having flow capacity of 75 LPM at min 10 mtr head, solid handling capacity upto 35mm comprising of stainless steel motor body, stainless steel Non-cloging impeller and stainless steel shaft complete directly coupled with Induction electric driven motor, 240 volt, 1 phase, 50 Hz, complete including GI fittings to fix delivery pipe GI 80mm dia, DOL Starter with Automatic ON / OFF push button type, Non-Contact type magnetic sensor, suitable submersible cable upto 10 mtrs and corrosion resistance pump lifting chain 15mm dia and length upto 6 mtr made from galvanised grade 40 steel, 316 stainless steel in safe working loads up to 200kg for raising and lowering of submersible pumps from sewerage treatment facilities all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All accessories required such as Automatic coupling device with stand foundation incl flanged bracket & Rubber Gasket, Guide pipe with holder & bracket with side foundation, BSW bolts, clamps, bolt & nuts, washers, welding work, etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Specification:- (i) Preparation Tank: Capacity of not less than 170 Ltrs FRP dozing tank of size not less than 650mm x net height, 375mm + conical 300mm gross height with stand 100mm consisting of:- (a) Water inlet line. (b) Outlet with strainer, (c) Drain, (d) Overflow, (e) Conical bottom for sludge deposition, (f) Pot hole with cover, (g) Level gauge, (h) Agitator 120W, 900 RPM, 1 phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller. (ii) Service Tank : Capacity of not less than 100 Ltr of FRP dozing tank of top dia not less than 540mm x bottom dia 480mm x height 575mm consisting of :- (a) Water inlet line, (b) Outlets with Y strainer, (c) Drain, (d) Overflow, (e) Level gauge, (f) Agitator 120W, 900 RPM, 1 Phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller, (g) Inspection port, (h) Provision of mounting pump on lid/wall. Sch 'A' Sec-X {MANNING & OPERATIONS OF STP OF CAPACITY 0.7MLD MBBR) (PHASE-II)}Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Comprehensive Maintenance and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of Capacity 700 KLD using MBBR technology including 04 sewage pumping installation at various locations and stand by DG Sets installed under this project during the first year including all connected consumables materials (except FOL for DG sets which will be provided by Deptt free of cost) round the clock (24 Hrs in 3 shifts of 08 Hrs Each) including Sunday & Holiday complete all as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge commencing from the next date of completion of Phase-I providing requisite manpower all as per OEM's recommendation each shift as under:- (i) Operator (category w.r.t. minimum wages - skilled labour) - One No (ii) Helper (category w.r.t. minimum wages - un-skilled labour) - One No Note:- (a) The scope of work shall include day to day running maintenance, cleaning of the plant and repairing if any, complaints from the concerned plant and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Necessary reliever shall have to be provided during "week off day" of the regular Operator/Helper without any extra cost. Duty register shall be maintained accordingly duly approved by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Water and Electricity required for operation of STP plant shall be provided free of cost by the department. (d) Timings of shifts of 08 hrs each shall be decided by GE & this aspect shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the bidders. (e) Contractor shall also be responsible for the discipline & integrity of staff deployed & shall be responsible for any lapse. (f) Plant shall be handed over in fully serviceable state after completion of contract. (g) Comprehensive maint of all the items including periodic cleaning of sewage pump(Quarterly using mechnical methoed means-heavy sucker etc) and other components shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction/manual. (h) Sufficient consumables materials shall be kept at site by the contractor to avoid disruption of services and the cost for the same shall be borne by the contractor.. (j) Maintenance of bldgs is not under the scope of this item. (k) The defect liability of Phase-I is 24 Months. Hence the rates are deemed to be quoted for repairs within & beyond the period of defect liability accordingly.
