M&L for roof treatment with polymeric membrance (APP based) with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement with following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the new plastered surface and providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen primer on entire surface @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface. (b) applying hot applied bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thickness of weight of 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster fibre as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with 15 cm end over laps & 10 cm side over laps etc as per manufacturers instruction. (d) M&L for finishing of top surface by a coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in filling of sunken floors of WC. Taking down existing damaged vitreous China squattiing pan. Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description from sides and bottom of sunken floors, roughening surfaces of old concrete surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and carrying out the following :- (a) Supply and fixing of 40 mm bore, PVC pipe, 450 mm long as in spout of sunken floor. (b) Rendering, 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:2), mixed with Pidiproof LW + @ 0.30 ltr per bag of cement as per manufactures instructions on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces of sides and bottom of sunken floor and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) providing waterproofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces after application of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm, applying hot applied bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sq M, providing and laying APP polymer, modified, non-woven polyester mat, reinforced membrane, 3.00 mm thick, weighing 3.50 Kg/Sq M with surface finish of white mineral, by torch on application method, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse directiion on sides and bottom of sunken floor. Note : - Approx size of sunken floors in WC, 2.50 Sqm and 450 mm (D). (d) M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete in sunken floor complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slabs laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and cladding tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, walls, etc and removing the debris off MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L prepolished 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finished jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the sheds complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prepolished 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 15 mm thick plaster in cement screed 1:4 and jointed with and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the sheds complete all as specified and as directedpecified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Ist quality coloured Non skid ceramic tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with tiles laid on 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.14.00 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick Ist quality area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with tiles laid on 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles of 450 x 300 x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces (including designed borders ) such as skirting and dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in coloured cement to match over rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (Rate of Designer hilighter in vertical surface will be deemed into quoted rates)

Taking down chowkhat or frames (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 sqm eachcomplete all as specified and directed.
